They are comfortable to wear and do not tend to leak since they have wings. The moisture is trapped in the middle of the pad to prevent accidents that often happen while sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always ultra thin overnight pad is just that. Huge but thin. It’s perfect for overnight wear and extends to the places you need it most while sleeping. Even being as thin as it it it’s super absorbent!!

When you are on your period as a person that has them you feel uncomfortable during those days specially at night. I help me feel comfortable when I sleep for the reason that I am those people that sleep crazy and there was never a feeling of uncomfortable.

This product is my life saver, I love it so much. This has been the only ones I’ve used my who life.. there isn’t much to improve they’re perfect.. they are very much affordable & I would totally buy again obviously it’s the only trusting ones I’ve used & will continue to use!

I ~always~ use the Always brand when it comes to pads. Mainly because they’re the only pads I see and can buy in bulk. The thin sizes are nice and compact. And you never get without the wings- wings provide that extra support every lady needs during her time. Definitely a great brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have extremely heavy periods my first and second day. I always have to usually dou ke up my pads, but with these they are the perfect size. They are long but thin so you do not feel like your wearing a diaper. They have wings to hold the pad to your underwear so that it doesn't slide. The pad covers from the front to back and help control that gush us woman usually have. I wore it all night and didn't have any leaks!!!

My favorite type to get. They’re for overnight but sometimes if I know I won’t be around a restroom for a little bit while out driving for work I use these and they last and hold perfectly. Also the wings make it so that I don’t leak and it’s amazing !
