[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a user of Always brand products for years. In my opinion the quality seems to be detonating. I felt like these pads bunched up way too much. They were really uncomfortable and made me sweet more than usual. The positive was that they were overnight pads, so I wasn't out and about in the world. I do like and appreciate how thin these overnight pads are but they aren't long enough to me to be considered "overnight pads." These are just as long as the regular pads. I would recommend it, and it is sufficient but it definitely is not the best pad I've used.

Always has been a brand that has been proven to work for decades and I like that they keep being innovative with new products. These pads are very thin. The back of the pads are 45% larger which I like. They have flex wings, are rapid dry with leak guard and odor protection. I like that because it gives me confidence there won’t be any leaks during the night. I definitely recommend this brand of Always pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try an over night pad again without having to wear a tampon, menstrual disc/cup. The pad was great & absorbent, but it was a tad too short. I work in a labor & delivery Dept where we constantly battle thick uncomfortable pads and too short of pads. Knowing most of your menstrual blood will be behind you while your sleeping I thought these would be long enough to protect from higher stains in your underpants/on your sheets. Excited to relay this info with my patients I was a little bummed. These were just a tad too short. Again, great & absorbent, but just a little too short to fully protect my underwear & pajamas.

I have an extremely heavy flow and wear these everyday during my period (sometimes with a tampon or diva cup as I get peaks easily). Whenever my tampon fails me, these pads have my back!! Super absorbent without being as huge as other uncomfortably maxi pads that feel like diapers.

You can be sure that you won't have leaks with the super absorbant material and attached wings. They are thin and comfortable for wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings, Unscented for my honest review. First off, they fit in the panty nicely, and stay put for the most part. But, with that being said, they do not absorb the moisture, in fact, they aren't very breathable, and make you sweat. They are like wearing plastic, and the fluid just sits on top of the pad. They also make you smell. Not a big fan, I wouldn't recommend.
