[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight pads are my top choice for an overnight pad. I had no leaks which was wonderful and really made me confident using them for my whole period even on my heaviest days.

I'm almost 40. I've had a period for 26 years, I feel I've known the good, the bad, the ugly. It's long, no ruined underwear at night. It's thin, no pain or soreness after wearing it for days. It's QUIET. Unlike that foam thing Always is pushing this one is actually quiet. It's absorbent, I had an ectopic pregnancy, like a miscarriage (or after childbirth)you bleed a lot for weeks. This did the job. I LOVE these pads.

The always overnight pads are super amsorbant and keep me comfortable and dry all night so I don't worry about that anymore and are very comfortable and stay in place all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these in hopes it would help with my heavy flow days/nights. They cover further up the backside than other pads. They are comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The only downside is that the part that covers the gusset doesn't line up with the panty. Please keep in mind there are real women and plus size women wearing pads. The wings need to be able to fold over the gusset and attach to the underside to prevent said leaks. They stick well outside of the gusset issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like thin pads, this does the job. It is undetected with leggings in which is when I usually wear thin pads. It was strong enough to accommodate my flow. My teen loves them. I prefer something thicker myself but she loves these.
