[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads work as they are supposed to. My personal taste is that I like having the wings on the side, to help it stick better, so I like that. They are indicated for overnight use, and work well for me. I also really like the thin size, so it doesn't bother me as much. Even with the thin size, they are still very absorbent. Altogether a great product!

Using this product during that time of the month gives me some peace in knowing that things won’t be messy when you wake up in the morning. Great absorbency and protection against leaks, love that there are different sizes (I usually use up until 4 but for those with heavier cycles have some options too). Will definitely be buying this product again along with their other sizes

These are great pads, they hold a lot and don’t move during the night so you feel more comfortable while sleeping without having to worry about leakage. They can be a little expensive but if you get them on sale or have coupons they can be a reasonable price.

I've been wearing Always pads for a long time and these ultra thin overnight with flexi-wings have gotten worse and worse. Ultra thin is definitely no ultra absorbent. 10 hr leakguard protection, you must be kidding me -- no even 5 hours. Totally disappointed

I have a heavy flow and because it’s not a very long pas I have to put three of these in my underwear. It is comfortable because of the fact that it’s thin but they should be longer. I personally stopped using them because they weren’t absorbant enough

I haven't experienced any leaking and they stay in place well. The wings on these pads are in the perfect spot and wrap around my underwear correctly.
