These were my first pads ever since I first got my period and it never got messy! I wore the night ones during the day as well, I felt like the length and thickness were perfect. Everyone is different so I’d just suggest getting the size according to your flow but I love these!

The pad is discreet and I can put it in my purse, gym bag, and in my pocket while i'm running errands. The pad works for overnight so I get a good night's sleep.

After wearing the always ultra thin pads I am done with the bulky ones. They gave me the same protection and are so much more comfortable. I am using the Always Ultra Thin overnight ones all the time because they are longer so that helps protect you from messes during the day when sitting down a lot. And now no one can't tell I am wearing a pad when they are walking behind me.
