I actually use them day & night as I bleed pretty heavily now that I am approaching menopause. Size 4 is perfect. They are thin in size but definitely do the job. I also appreciate that they are unscented. Would highly recommend.

The adhesive strips on the wings are secure and help hold the structure of the pad in place. The sleeve that has the pad in it also wraps around the used ones to help with disposing.

I love that they have wings, because it makes them stay put. The only down side is whatever material the top layer is made out of irritates my skin.

These are the only pads I ever purchase! They give me the security and confidence that I won’t have a leak and are comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a time before changing them. I also like how thin they are because they are less noticeable.

They are a little longer than the daytime pads to help with any leaks while in a laying position, they are thin yet absorbent, and the wings are the best part! The help lock everything in! If you have never tried pads with wings, I highly recommend you do and I highly reccomendcthese nighttime pads from Always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these a few weeks ago and I am very glad that I decided to give them a try. My cycle is somewhat iffy. Sometimes heavy, sometimes it's light. For nighttime protection, these work extremely well. Sometimes pads don't stay in place while sleeping, but so far these tend to work well for me. Even through a heavy flow they work and stay in place with no leakage whatsoever. They are really absorbent and I can wear them without the fear of them leaking.
