No one wants to wear a diaper to bed. I prefer the thin pads because they're comfortable to sleep in and long. Because no one wants to wake up to an accident. To do an emergency laundry run or to replace sheets. And no one wants to sit too long and realize a spot on their grey couch. Ouch! So these work for me. I like the long overnight pads but I don't want it to feel like a diaper so I buy the thin kind!

I gave the Always ultra-size 4 to my daughter to use. She is 18 an is very picky about what she will use. She has no complaints about the Always size 4 brand. She said the overnight pads are comfortable and dependable. She did not have to worry about leakage. She said she feels clean using these and confident that the pads keep her dry. Any woman or teen should check the Always ultra pads out, they will be surprised with them. Unless you have used Always before then you should know that they are a good brand.

I had minimal leakage, but that’s almost to be expected since I have a tendency to toss and turn a lot in my sleep. It is absorbent enough to wear through a long night of sleep.

The wings really do a great job at keeping the pad in place and not allowing it to bunch up and it saves your underwear. The fact they are ultra thin makes them very comfortable you will hardly know you have it on. The absorption level it extremely good. I had no leaks overnight. When I woke up my underwear was fine and so was my bed. Would definitely by these
