[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is firm and provides strong support. We lay it on the ground to sleep to nurse our newborn. You can lie down or getup without rocking it or disturbing each other. High quality mattress and well constructed.

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

We got a new mattress and after much deliberation, went with a Serta. We have no more back or hip pain when we wake up in the morning, it has great support, and I haven’t slept this great in years. Another thing that impressed me was the attention to aesthetics; the embroidered flowers on the mattress top are lovely. Thank you Serta!

I went from total memory foam to this and it has truly made a different in the support on my back! I can also tell the different with their cooling technology! I feel blessed and extremely grateful for this opportunity!
