Their a great headset love the sound and the best feature is they don't go in the ear. The only downside is if you have a big head they don't fit right. Can only get standard that's 9and half inch but I'm a inch larger then it :( But all in all it's a good headset if I could get one my size then it would be 5 stars.

They are the best thing since sliced bread I love them. I purchased a pair for my sister and son where have they been since earbuds. I love the fact that your ears are open to sounds around you so that you are listening to music or on a call just the fact that you can hear what’s going on. Thank you my ears are free

Not sure what is going on. This is my third pair. They paired right away but for some reason, they were not working with my phone I heard the phone ring people picked up but were not able to hear me. Cut them off and paired them several times. Will be sending back hopefully to get a new pair sent back. I liked my others just hope I can get this resolved quickly.

These are “ok”. I had the basic version, didn’t like them. These are just a smidge better. But with both versions the bluetooth connections a very unstable at best. I had the aeropex of these and loved them. Unfortunately a new puppy decided to chew on them. So here i am now with the Pro version and satisfied enough to not waste my time returning them…..

The sound is really good, my wife likes to wear them around the house and when we go out. The comfort is good, the back loop for the back of the head hangs weird sometimes and her head is a bit bigger than the mini. She upgraded from the regular openfit and loves the battery life on this one as well as how fast it charges. It's one of the best features.

I expected at the price point of these that they would sound better than or at least the same as my treks air headphones. they sound a little flat compared to my old treks air. they dont sound bad just not as good, probably due to moving away from a flexible rubber face over the driver to a hard piece of plastic.

Static in both ears. I thump the transducer lightly are it stop the static...for a while. This is my 3rd pair that failed in less than a month. Last pair it stopped charging. I'm either very unlucky or these products are not robust as advertised. Guess I'll try a different brand. Sorry shokz, 3rd strike. Your out!

Much more comfortable to wear than either in-ear or over-the-ear headphones. Not audiophile quality sound, but I wear them mostly when walking the dog or doing chores around the house and the quality is more than adequate for that. I can clearly hear phone calls as well. People on the other end have complained about wind noise when I’m talking to them outside. It would be nice if it was able to remember multiple Bluetooth connections so you didn’t have to re-pair every time you switched sources.

They are so quiet compared to my last pair of Shokz. I was really hoping for an upgrade and I feel these missed the mark. What I do like about them are how much lighter in weight they are compared to my old pair. If I would have known how quiet they would be I wouldn’t have purchased them.

These are a game changer. I'm an attorney and I've been using the OpenRun Pro for a few months now at the office. The multipoint pairing allows me to connect to both my computer and my phone. I use these to attend Zoom hearings and depositions frequently and everyone can hear me more clearly than with any other corded headset or webcam mic I've used in the past - and I've tried more than a few! I take phone calls all day long with no problems. The sound quality and mic quality are impeccable. I don't even know how the mic works - I guess it's also bone conduction because there's no boom or anything - it's like magic! I can listen to music while I work and still hear someone softly knocking or tapping on my door. I took a chance on these and I'm glad I did. Definitely worth the hefty price tag. Highly recommend.
