The latest tech in the OpenRun Pro sound even better than the last set. Note: After a year or two, I seem to be a bit hard on them and have broken two neck bands, otherwise, I am on my fourth set and keep coming back. Great product and beat the original "Bone Fone" that came out in the 70s.:)

Love the mini size as a female! This is my first pair of bone conduction headphones, rather impressive. Came with a nice carrying case for travel/protection too! So far they have a great battery life. Only draw back is I feel they could be a bit louder while still allowing you to be aware of surroundings. Overall, I would purchase again, but only with a coupon or promo code!

Finally, with excellent, caring, customer service from May at Shokz, plus hands-on help from my adult offspring, we were able to get my Shokz OpenRun mini working. It has great sound, and I'll be able to teach and attend online movement workshops freely! I still can't operate the headset controls by touch while wearing them -- simply can't feel them. I have to take the headset off and put on reading glasses to see and operate the controls. Potential buyers should know that usage might be challenging for those with arthritis in hands. The controls are so tiny and difficult to feel and/or see.

It’s all about the sound clarity and Bass response for me. These sound great! I bought them specifically for the gym because I have defective ears that don’t play well with AirPods. The Shokz are exactly what I needed. They stay on my head even when I’m laying on my back.

First try of this type of headphone. Recently got hearing aids and wanted to try these to avoid in-ear or over-ear headphones for sports. Did me research and came across Shokz. I was pleasantly pleased with the sound quality and comfort. My only issue is that a std USB-C charge would be good, but I think the custom allows a sleeker design? Downside is that it's a cable I have to take care of. It doesn't fit nicely in the case. Minor issue so still giving 5 overall.

My dog chewed up my original pair of Aeropex that I got a few years ago. I knew I wanted another pair since the open ear design is great for cycling as it allows you to easily hear what is going on around you (and they are pretty light) AND the sound quality is pretty good. I typically ride 50 + miles each time I go out for a ride so having a safe pair of headphones is critical. I was a bit nervous though about getting a new pair as I wanted one where I could take calls while still riding. The original pair from a few years ago did not do well in muting the wind noise so i always had to stop if I wanted to take a call. I gave it a shot and am so glad that I did. The mic performed very well at 9 mph as well as 14mph. The sound quality of the openrun pro is even better than my original pair too. And like my previous pair I don't get ear fatigue. I know these are more expensive than other headphones but these are definitely worth it and are safer than standard headphones. Plus unlike the wireless kinds that you shove in your ears which regularly fall out of your ears on your ride these stay on your head Go glad I gave them a try.

I started with the OpenRun and I use my Shokz for everything - working out, cleaning and repairs around the house, and general phone calls. Overall, these are great! The sound quality is better than my OpenRun headset. I am very happy with my purchase except when I uses certain features on the Duolingo foreign language learning app. The bluetooth lags when I use the practice conversation tools. There is such a delay going between the speaker and mic that sounds get cut off. I usually have to cut the headphones off to do those practice sessions. This defeats the purpose of having the headset because the goal is to have my hands free and the flexibility to move about the room. I never had bluetooth delay issues with the OpenRuns. I hope this can be fixed. Otherwise, the headphone are great!

After spending some time with the Shokz MINI OpenRun Pro. I’ve honestly set aside my AirPods The sound experience is different!!! Shokz offers a different experience that allows me to not miss out on what’s going on around me. I won’t miss a forklift coming by, boss, homie, wifie..etc. asking you a questions, or the car passing by while jammin’ out to Madonna. Shokz are very user friendly before and after reading the manual. Even after having some slight hearing impairment issues, I can still fully experience Shokz in a better way than inear buds. The sound experience is like it’s in your head! It’s just the way you want it to sound at high and low volumes either passing by loud TV’s or just low enough to still hear the creaking of footsteps down the hall. The sound quality experience is again very different in comparison to traditional earbuds or headphones BUT, is very crisp and clear with vocal audio and has nice comparable bas quality some may be looking for. It’s like the music is in your head. If you need that boom, get the top of the line!! The pros are very satisfying for the little sacrifice. There are some songs that may sound quiet but most will be loud enough to almost block out what’s going on around you. The durability is not at all what I expected. I was very delicate and gentle with my Shokz. Too afraid to set them anywhere(still am) but the case or near water (let alone sweat) You don’t have to worry about any of that with the Shokz OoenRun lineup. You have more durability coverage with the OpenRun’s and colors! Just give em a quick rinse. The comfort of my Mini Shokz is superior to any other headset I’ve owned that sits over ear or in-ear. Allowing me to feel little to nothing with my thin or thick frame glasses. Of course there is some slight discomfort by the end of the day from having something natural on. This feeling is far less in comparison to an inear headphone. I can wear a beanie comfortably without the awkward scratchy noise other In-ear buds give or have something large sticking out of my ears. The Shokz have a very unique, slender, and discreet design. The battery lasts a whole day and some depending how you use Shokz. Shokz have outlasted all my previous headphones I love my Shokz!!!

First off I was skeptical of buying. I’ve never had bone conduction headphones so I was leary of sound and if they would cause headaches. Finally pulled the trigger for black Friday and glad I did. The sound is amazing. The comfort is almost like your wearing nothing. Lightweight and they stay in place. Lastly, I can go the 9 hours on battery. In fact I’m on 8 hours and haven’t gotten a low battery warning yet. Love everything this far about them.

These don't operate through the bone! I can lay them down, have someone else hold them, not have on my head and can heat everything without the volume being up! There are speakers on the bottom of each side! I wish I could return and get my money back! Definitely not worth the price!!!
