Very happy with the open run pro. I still have an older version of these but loved the thought of having a tighter fit around my neck. when running long, everything starts to bug me and the extra weight of the large loop around the neck was one that I didn't look forward to on the previous models. My only complaint is that the charger cable is proprietary. I everything else I have charges with one cable and now I need to add a second cable to the car / house / run bag etc.

The Open Run Pro=Awesome! My overall Hearing Loss makes it all ….Moot. I need the power that comes out of my no-name buds, to overcome my fairly serious hearing loss. Perhaps the New New open Run NON bone conduction would be my ticket! But my raggedy black Bart buds, from under the seat of the car, serve me best, until I become totally deaf.

Battery life is not ten hours the only headset I have that even last an extended period time is my treks that older. I really like them but they are a little big. I wear them a lot though. Anyway I have tried a lot of models and sent my reviews with no response. I like aftershokz/ shokz but I'm getting frustrated about the battery life. The newest pair I have the battery only lasted a few hours. I tried a different company with the same ear concept. I dont like them they claim long battery life too. Not true. My suggestion for Shokz is to work on real extended battery life and offering colors for all the models along with the different size choices. Karen M

I typically wear my Shokz with earplugs and can still be alerted by surrounding noises pretty easily. The controls are easy to use and the microphone is clear/doesn’t pick up the background noise. I work construction and these are the only headphones I would recommend.

I have used mine every day for over a year now. I use them for everything from taking calls to listening to music. My favorite thing with them is I can use them with foam earplugs when I run a chainsaw or the tractors. I also enjoy them on airplane flights. When I use earplugs with them, I can hear my media just fine, and none of the plane noise. the only bad part is that after a year of consistent everyday use, the little plastic cover over the battery light fell off.

I'm 53 and have worked out over 10yrs now and never could find anything to stay on my head or in my ears during weight training. I do have a little hearing loss in my left ear so I really didn't like earbuds. But the Shokz Open Run Pro nailed it! I can still hear to speak to my gym friends and have a conversation. And answer a call if I need to with excellent clarity. Thanks guys. Great listening.

I loved the idea of open ear listening and was eager to try these. My day consists of lots of walking so having the ability to hear surroundings was important. That part is fantastic! Several parts have fallen short and I am disappointed. First is that I was under the understanding that "bone conductive" meant that others wouldn't be able to hear my conversations but that isn't what I have. I have the open run pro. Additionally the sounds regardless of music or voice calls sound flat. Very basic sound. For the price I was really hoping for a sound experience.There also isn't good noise cancellation tech in these. I will keep them but just for when I do walking. I believe that the industry should standardize one type of cable. I am now carrying several cables just for charging. I don't like leaving negative reviews because our society usually only focuses on the negative but these are expensive and just wanted to share. On the positive side they are super cool and help me when I walks so I don't get hit by a car.

I am an equestrian and absolutely LOVE them! After loosing multiple ear buds (and headphones), working horses this has been the ONLY headphones that stay put during rigorous activity. Sound quality is superb and love the fact that I can still hear the environment around me while working. (Definitely a safety plus around animals.) Highly recommend for anyone who is very active. Worth every penny!

I bought these to use when I go for my daily 25 mile bike ride. These are great because they are extremely comfortable. AirPods tend to bother my ears. The sound is amazing and I can hear ambient noise so I can be aware of traffic around me. They also were extremely easy to set up and sync to my iPhone. I downloaded the Shokz App so that made setting them up stream less. I highly recommend them.

I bought this mainly for work meetings, not for listening to music. I like it except I'm still figuring out the best way to wear it with my glasses. Sometimes it feels like it's hurting the top of my ears where it loops over but I think if I align it to sit side-by-side with my glasses instead of on top of each other, it feels better. There are days when I feel like they are too tight and gives me a headache. Bottom line, I'm still testing these out.
