Really love this playset. For the cost, this is a really great value. My daughter loves the bumpy slide, and the little picnic area so much. We hired a professional to install the playset. She leveled it and anchored it to the ground. It is not wobbly at all if installed correctly. It's a beautiful playset and we've received many compliments already.

We paid the extra to have this installed. I was impressed with the whole process. It took a little under 2 weeks once ordered to have it delivered, then about another week until the people came to set it up. They were very nice and did a good job. Seems like a great product at this point!

We bought this set a year ago. My 3 year old loves it!! It's sturdy and nice, not cheap looking. About 2 months ago a storm damaged the set and we had to buy replacement parts. The customer service rep was so nice and worked with us on getting a great deal on all the parts we needed. I would definitely recommend a play set from this company!

We bought this May 2020 and set up a week after delivery. Delivery provider didn't communicate very well. We literally walked out and were surprised to see the boxes placed by our garage. We opened the boxes and went through the checklist that was provided to make sure there was nothing missing. The morning of, we placed all the pieces in alphabetical order. I would recommend doing this the day before if possible. We placed all smaller items, like screws, spread out on a table. This helped speed up the process. Playset was finished in 9 hours (4 men). Wood is very thin and light and some wood was splintered. We will be sealing soon. Overall satisfied!

Wood could be better condition with straighter pieces and less knots in it to split right where a screw needs to go. Also would have been nice to have all holes pre-drilled and not have to try and measure and drill pilot holes in some parts myself. I have some extra hardware pieces but I followed the directions exactly, not sure if this is normal or not (?). Also, drill hole measurements for attaching slide to swing set are not accurately depicted. Bolts will not be centered it even if put at 2 1/8 and 7” from inside surface if slide, since it's about 18” from inside to inside of the slide. Measure yourself. Would be nice if monkey bars were longer too instead of just thee bars. Kids love it though so that's all that matters.

Less than 6 months after I bought this set the slide broke injuring the child. The support underneath the slide is minimal and one of the support bars underneath broke while a child was going down it. Unfortunately now my children cannot use the slide. There have also been several boards that have already started splitting. I've been a little disappointed in its quality.

We are disappointed in the quality, or lack thereof, in this product. It's touted a cedar product when it appears to be pine wood. Very misleading. Constant & careful maintenance will be needed to preserve this so it will last.. This was a gift for our granddaughter.

I got this swing set for my 3 yr old this year and he loves it. It's the perfect size for him and he's able to climb on it on his own. We had all of the pieces and parts upon delivery and put it together without trouble. I do wish the slide was a solid piece Like others I have seen, instead of a long piece of plastic laying on top of rails. It doesn't seem as sturdy. Furthermore, I'm sure the swing set will be a great source of play for our kids for years to come.

This is overall a great play set. It took my father, husband, and my self about 2 days to put together. The instructions were very simply and easy to use, but there were several steps that stated to pre drill holes with a certain measurement and once that was done the hardware slipped right through it. Thankfully they provided enough hardware that we were able to make it work. My kids love it and have spent lots of time outside playing!

My grandchildren loved the swing set. But I found the wood very soft. Not sure it will hold up for any period of time. We bought ours about 6 years ago and they did stand behind their product then. It was much better made then as well. If you screwed to hard the screw went right through the wood on two occasions. I was a bit disappointed at the quality would have returned it if my grand children would have allowed me to.
