Durability is not an issue which is very comforting, but I would say that with this added strength there was some loss in comfort. In addition to standard usage, I also used this TP to blow my nose & clean up some spills to really put this to the test, and it passed with "flying colors"! I would definitely recommend this product to others. I would say that the biggest change you need to realize, and I wish that I would have known prior to using this product, was that you don't need as many squares per wipe!! I blew through the first roll by not realizing how much I was wasting. Be mindful and these rolls will last.

My first impression of a roll of Ultra Soft with our normal toliet paper was it's much smaller. It's about an inch less in width and the roll was much smaller. I have children that use the same about of paper if it's small or large. I believe we don't need the wider toliet paper, but we would still need more. The roll is softer, but much smaller in volume. I would like to have more volume with the softness of the ultra soft. The toliet paper is the quality you would expect from Charmin, but I lowered the rating due to the smaller volume of the roll.

I have always been a fan of charmin so was excited to get picked to try the Charmin Ultra Strong. I expected it to be be strong and hold up in use and I was not disappointed. I used it over a couple days now and was happy to see that it really held up. It didn't tear or shed. It tore easily off the roll and the ply's did not come apart as on some other brands. I even used it when I ran out of kleenex and had a cold and it help up well for that to! It didn't fall apart after having to blow my nose. This is a product I will use for as long as you keep making it.

I’ve used the Ultra Strong 2 ply exclusively for 10 years due to medical needs. For at least 18 months now, the toilet paper has been extremely awful and not worth the money nor loyalty. It falls apart by wiping urine alone even after being folded over four times. The paper is now extremely corse ans rough and irritates my Vulvadynia. Plus it is no longer 2-ply. I’m reading claims it is an imprint, embossing change, which is sooooo not true. I would post close up pictures if I could. Words truly cannot express how terrible this toilet paper has become.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong feels good. Really good. It's like wiping your bum with a cloud wrapped in a hug. But use 2x - 4x less? Why do different packages of the product say that you'll use varying degrees of "less?" With two different packs side-by-side, one said something like "6 rolls = 14 normal rolls" and another said "8 rolls = 22 normal rolls." Wow, those last two rolls have a lot of work to do. I found that my use didn't change whatsoever. Two squares folded over took care of me. When I tried a single sheet it was... disconcerting. No mess, but it felt unpleasantly close to it. Overall, it's good toilet paper although the squares are the smallest I've seen. Would I buy it instead of Costco's brand at 1.5x the cost? Probably not.

I mean, how much better can this toilet paper really work compared to other brands?? Well, after using Ultra Strong I can confidently say this stuff is the real deal! It’s sturdy, it’s effective, and you will certainly use less of it to get the job done. I never asked a lot from my toilet paper before… but now the bar has been raised with regards to my TP expectations!!

Charmin is great for me because I've never had it leave any paper bits begin like other toilet paper I've used. I t also is soft so its great if tou need to blow your nose. I have always bought Charmin Bathroom tissue; however you now have me confused!!!! I WANT MY ORIGINAL WONDERFUL, THICK, SOFT CHARMIN AND i WOULD LIKE IT IN DOUBLE ROLLS. I just purchased twelve rolls of what you are calling Ultra Strong. Sorry, it feels like tissue paper to me - it may be strong, but it isn't soft or thick. WHAT SHOULD I BE BUYING TO GET MY ORIGINAL CHARMIN FROM A 100 OR SO YEARS AGO!!!! PLEASE ADVISE! I can hardly wait to use up this new stuff. Thank You

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally purchase store brand TP, not the cheapest kind that falls apart as soon as you touch it, but pretty close thereto. My surprises with Charmin Ultra Strong were: (1) It was heavy duty- it actually FELT strong and capable. (2) It was not super luxuriant, but it was comfortable. (3) The tearing was flawless. Never a hanging chad, or strip of remainder. It came out a perfect square every tear. Compared to the lower quality stuff I'm used to, this was my favorite part.
