I have been married for 49 years and always used your toilet paper but since you went a narrower roll and it looks horrible on the toilet roll fixture I will not use it any more. I would love the option to either pay more or buy a smaller roll that has the right width.

My family never buys this type of Toilet paper. This TP is thicker then all brands that we have used in the past so you never have to worry about tearing through when cleaning up. You also do not have to use as much as other brands. In fact I though that I was going to clog the toilet with the toilet paper because of its thickness, no joke at all. This is a great product for all to buy and use with a house full of any number of people. Charmin once again had hit it out of the park.

My wife likes to buy the cheaper store brands or when she really wants to torture me, she buys Scotts which is like industrial grade thin sand paper on a roll. But back to the Charmin....I busted open the package as soon as it came in the mail and secured a place for it in my favorite bathroom. The first time I used it, I felt like I was on cloud nine. Soft, thick and sturdy all come to mind in describing this quality toilet paper. My son also uses this bathroom alot and even at the young age of 7, noticed that this was different than the stuff that Mom usually buys! The roll seemed to last about the same as the store brand paper I'm often left with to use. I plan to get it on the grocery list when it's time to re-fill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a rather neutral experience with charmin. I found it to work adequately enough but my normal brand just seems softer. My kids didn't seem to notice any difference so that is a plus. I don't know whether I would seek out charmin at the store or not. I think I prefer the feel of my usual toilet paper.

I have used this product for at least 20 years. Up until a few months ago I would have given it 5 stars. They have put less paper on the rolls but still charge the same price. please go back to the way it used to be. Am on fixed budget and want my moneys worth.

I was a loyal customer until I recently bought a couple of packages with the new changes. The paper can no more be held comfortable due to its narrow size and is no longer strong. It splits as soon as it becomes wet and you end up with a dirty hand. What happened to the quilting we used to have? I personally will not be buying any more and took back my unused packages. I will be investigating the other brands to find a new favorite. Your TV ads do not address these new changes either. I am afraid you will be losing my friends also as they have voiced the same concerns.

Bad, you have to use 50 sheets just to make sure you're not going to have to sterilize your hands and it leaves you feeling like you used sandpaper on your backside. Good is well...Charmin. Soft, strong, practically perfect in every way. Charmin also presents a great value. It doesn't matter that the bad brands give you 10 times more sheets per roll when you are using that many more sheets per "transaction." Charmin definitely got it right on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past my wife has bought TP that's suppose to be soft enough for angels but with our family of 4, we'd go through a 24 pack each week. When I received this Charmin, I was somewhat skeptical because I don't usually pay a lot of attention to this sort of stuff. When I opened this, I'll have to say, on the first use, it got my attention. When I rolled off the usual amount, it was just too much to even use. So, I tried again with half as much as normal but that was still really too much. I finally realized that I could use less than half of my normal amount and get an even better job done. The 4 rolls that I received lasted over 6 days in my kids bathroom and normally in that 6 day period they would go through about 7 rolls of that other tissue. I called my wife's attention to it and she agreed, we would be buying this in the future. It costs a little more than that other stuff for the same amount but it lasts over twice as long. So thanks to the Charmin Ultra Strong, we'll be saving a little bit of money. And as everyone knows, that means a lot in today's economy. I highly recommend Charmin Ultra Strong to anyone that wants a strong, very soft toilet tissue.
