What has happened? Have used your product for 25 years and loved it, but recently the Double roll multi-packages I have purchased do not dissolve in water! It sits in the toliet water for over a minute before starting to absorb. It was a plumbing disaster waiting to happen. I threw out 2-1/2 multi packages rather than be faced with plumber bills. I also buy the Jumbo rolls and there is no problem with that size. What have you done to the quality of the Double rolls?

You can use it with confidence that it is truly stronger than other brands which will also have you using fewer sheets each time. What is also attractive is the fact that all things considered the price is extremely reasonable. I have used ultra strong Charmin for a while now and plan on continuing to use it in the future. I would strongly recommend this brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the type of product review that is relatively simple to report back on because either it performs as advertised or it doesn't. First, let's analyze the claims made by Charmin, this one in particular: "With absorbency that’s 2x greater than the leading 1,000-sheet brand, unbeatably soft Duraclean texture, and strength that’s 4x greater than the leading bargain brand". The absorbency was excellent, but more like 20% better rather than the 2x as claimed. But, that's still a substantial improvement over the other regular tissues. As for softness, it is unbelievably soft, but not the velvety type of soft Cottonelle offers. It has a different type of softness feel, but essentially, still gets the job done and won't cause any unwanted irritation. As far as strength, it receives an excellent grade. You won't find any better on the market and clearly outperforms any of the bargain brands. It won't tear unless you intentionally want it to, but 4x as strong may have been somewhat of a stretch. Finally, "up to 4x less paper". That was clearly an exaggeration because I didn't find that to be the case at all even though I'm certain the amount will vary according to the individual. I would rate this as a superior product, but not worthy of more than 4 stars. It really is an ultra strong tissue and performs well, but the company still needs to improve with a more velvety type softness and have it available in floral scent as opposed to unscented. Those two critiques won't be a deal breaker because I would certainly use it again because it does perform well. Just could use a few minor improvements.

The other members of the household also asked, where did I get it from. They noticed the difference immediately and liked the strength and comfort but they also said they used too much the first time almost clogging the toilet. That being said I taped a little sign to the wall that said "extra thick use sparingly to avoid clogging the bowl." As good as it was Im on the fence about buying it or changing to it. We went through thee rolls much faster than any other I've used previously. There is a learning curve when it comes to this paper.

It's super absorbing and you end up going a long way with just a couple sheets. Thanks charmin for making it a royal task!

Saying that I wouldn't normally write anything about toilet paper but this stuff is great! Now the name ultra strong lives up to it's name and I'm glad it does. Nothing ruins a tip to the bathroom more than having the tp rip and break apart when you really don't want to so having something actually stay together and not break apart in the moment is great! I'd rather buy Charmin that any other brand because of the guaranteed results. I've already bought a whole package of Charmin Ultra Strong!

But I started trying out different toilet paper brands and noticed that... yes.. there are differences out there. So when this campaign came along, I thought that it was a perfect timing since I like to know what I'm getting when I buy it and not be surprised by quality after I open it. The new Charmin Ultra Strong speaks for itself. It is ultra strong, is more durable, and I noticed that I tend to use 2 sheets each time versus the typical three. So better quality, while using fewer sheets. It works.. and there's not much more to add to that, right?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality TP here folks. I was a little skeptical of their claims, but Charmin is right, this TP will allow you to use less. The roll lasts longer for sure. My only complaint (if it is one) is that I'd prefer it to be a bit wider. The sheets are a bit narrower than the TP we typically buy.

My only dislike about it is the fact that it leave behind little particles of paper when I wipe. It is super soft to blow my nose in though. I am not sure if I will continue to buy this product beyond this.
