Used to be softer; now it's rough

We used to love the Ultra-strong Charmin at our house; it was strong AND soft. Now it's strong but as rough as sandpaper. I'll be switching brands.

still will buy it even if it is getting smaller rolls

The only one I will buy, but was wondering why they are getting smaller? I use to buy the ultra soft but like the ultra strong better.

Mega and Super Mega Rolls DONOT FIT

PLEASE make a DOUBLE roll, again. Your 'guarantee' is USELESS!!! The roll has to sit on the floor until it is half used!!!!

I have bought Charmin for a long time, the rolls have gotten smaller, they are not as wide. So I am getting less product for the same money.
