Size of MEGA rolls are no longer "MEGA"

MEGA rolls have shrunk. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Feel duped. Will change brands. No longer trust Charmin brand.

Mega Roll

Why are you making the rolls so BIG????? They do not fit on my TP holder! Toilet paper rolling around on the floor is not sexy.

SHRINKING WIDTH!!!!!!!

No I'm not stupid! the rolls are not as wide as they used to be. Hate that. Why don't you just raise the price instead of pretending we won't notice

Still decent

Did the product specs change?  It seems stiffer and rougher than it used to be.  My wife now occasionally gets a rash.

We're sorry to hear you and your wife have had this experience with our Charmin Ultra Strong. We want you to know our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, so this is not something we'd expect to see. If she hasn't already, we'd recommend she discontinue use of this product, and that you hold onto it in case we need to retrieve it for evaluation. While we did change the texture pattern of our Ultra Strong in 2022, we would expect it to still function the same as before. So we can provide assistance with this, and gather some info for our Safety Team, please give us a call at 1-800-777-1410.
