[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Strong definitely lives up to its name. Durability is not an issue which is very comforting, but I would say that with this added strength there was some loss in comfort. In addition to standard usage, I also used this TP to blow my nose & clean up some spills to really put this to the test, and it passed with "flying colors"! I would definitely recommend this product to others. I would say that the biggest change you need to realize, and I wish that I would have known prior to using this product, was that you don't need as many squares per wipe!! I blew through the first roll by not realizing how much I was wasting. Be mindful and these rolls will last.

You've seen the commercials with the bears, right? That's this! The paper is definitely thicker than the wimpy toilet paper you typically buy. Because of that you don't have to use as much! The roll totally lasts longer, and you know how much us guys hate to change the roll! High quality, long lasting, and reasonably priced...all reasons I'll look at buying more Charmin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Strong is so strong it might be wrong. . . to have assumed it would hold up to my expectations. This is some sturdy roll tissue which is visually obvious if you flip a square over and check out the fine weave. Normally I am a purple Cottonelle kind of guy and this stuff gives it a run for MY money. How does it compare (not scientific): * tear test: Charmin felt to have a slightly greater strength when trying to tear apart a square. * break down test: put a square of both brands in some water to fully saturate. The Charmin seemed to break down moderately slower. Valuable to know on septic or if you are a hyper wiper. * spit ball get: OK I didn't really test this but the thought did cross my mind. I imagine it would be a tie. * blow test: very sturdy for a good nasal blow. Didn't leave behind any sneezy fiber bunnies under my nose/in my stubble. * wipability: um, awkward. It did its job well. Being a sensitive hyper wiper I was quite surprised to leave the scene of the crime without feeling violated or injured. Which is TMI but but it is always on my mind when visiting the throne room. Satisfied to not have to supplement with flushable wipes. I would buy it again. It is much better than I expected, this coming from someone that is brand loyal for various personal reasons elluded to above. Five royal flushes out of five. -Sensitive hyper-wiper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great item to get in the mail. It is very strong, as well as soft and yet a smart buy. it has quickly become my favorite paper to use. I am actually using it sparingly so that it lasts longer, well i will buy it anyway. I am happy to use something that was not only well designed but easy to use. I love my new CHARMIN!

I used to love Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper, until I recently bought a new pack only to physically feel the difference between the old roll I replaced and the new one. I've checked the package 3 times now thinking that somehow we got the ultra soft. This new formula is so flakey, I'm going to have to change the toilet paper I have been using for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my initial review I am amazed at how strong this bath tissue is. It is not quite as soft as my regular bath tissue, but it is not like sand paper either. I have not noticed any tissue residue left on my behind, which is a big plus. The rolls are sized a little smaller with less sheets than my regular tissue, but I am finding I am using less for cleanup. Also the cost is more than my usual brand but using less makes up for it.

I will be opening it up and reviewing my current TP very soon! I must admit that price has always played a role in my choice, and I have never actually bought Charmin before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This says that its double rolls which it definitely is not. The toilet paper itself is just like most rolls of Charmin already out there. That being said i would buy the toilet paper as a regular roll package not double roll due to the size of the roll. I took the other three rolls into work and depending on the price we will probably be buying this toilet paper there in the future.

I was initially hesitant about all the claims, but it proved to be everything it claimed to be and then some!!! You want strong yet gentle? Charmins' got it!!! You want anti-clog? Charmins' got it!!! You want a clean bum? Well.... Charmins' got just what you need to make it happen!!! And if you want to go "commando"? You can feel confident that when you use Charmin, you'll be clean enough to go commando!!!
