I have been using this for several years.However, I just bought a pack of 36 rolls. So far, 2 of the rolls have not had the preferations to aid in tearing the roll.I don't know how many more will be that way.

We too have bought this product for years and were always happy with the quality. Now rolls look like they were cut with a dull knife and are truly a mess with pieces of paper hanging off both ends. Don't you do any quality control?
