I switched from Northern to Charmin a couple of years ago once Northern went under 4 inches. Now Charmin has followed suit. I will never buy it again. Sheep!

I used to like the Charmin Ultra Strong texture, but now it has changed, and the roll is more than 1/4 inch narrower. Why can't you leave a good thing alone? I've been a loyal customer, but I will be looking for a new brand of TP.

I've used mega rolls since they came out but I''ll change products. The new rolls are 1/4" shorter and you went from 352 sheets per roll to 328 sheets per roll yet you did not decrease the price.
