Stop the double plastic wrap

Although I do find your toilet paper of good quality, I will no longer purchase if you keep wrapping in double plastic. We have been buying the mega roll but you’re not helping the environment using so much plastic. There is no need for it.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really sure how to "rate" toilet paper. The product does the job. Is not rough or abrasive and leaves you feeling clean. Charmin products are generally what we use in our house.

Poor tissue.

What has happened to the GREAT Charmin Extra Strong tissue? I always bought it, but the new Extra Strong with the new pattern on the tissue is horrible. Both sides of the tissue falls apart when used. I am VERY upset about the change..

Our most recent improvement to our Ultra Strong was an increase in the amount of texture on the sheets to provide better cleaning. We always want your Go to be the best, so to hear the tissue was falling apart isn't what we'd want. Could you give us a call at 1(800) 777-1410 so we can help?

My hiney is clean

I am a huge fan of you Red Bears commercial. I use the term My hinnie is clean all the time. It is the highlite of my day when I see it. on tv. I don't know what the Oscar of advertising is but your agency should get it. Thank you so much.

Tough Tooshie

We've used the Ultra Soft for a long time and decided to try the Ultra Strong! It's amazing how much less TP we use, butt we still get that same clean cheek feeling.

Complaint

This time we are not satisfied. May be we are used to Charmin Soft for more than three decades. What we have now is a waste. You should educate customers on quality compared to Charmin Soft.
