I like the thickness but it's a shame, something people need is high priced and getting smaller by the week. I will be checking other brands out just to get a better value.

My last purchase two weeks ago was a REAL disappointment. The size has been significantly cut but not the price. I hope the savings on the company's part is worth it because I am sure I am not the only customer looking to change products.

Last package had 2 rolls wherein there were no perforations, AND were so thin if I could tear a sheet I would have to use 4-5. Have used Charmin for years. This is my first issue with quality...quality control.

I always use this product and the quality is great. But I rated the value as fair because of the shrinking size of the rolls. Please don't make the rolls any more narrow. Thank you.

I have used this product for several years and was happy with it until my most recent purchase I noticed the sheet size had reduced to 9.9 x 10.1 which is not acceptable. I will not buy it again.
