[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin is so soft it is crazy. The rolls are log lasting. You feel very clean after use with no chafing form the Charmin.

I love the fact it doesn't rip/fall apart when cleaning; nor does it 'leave remains'. The thickness also means absorbance with fewer sheets needed to keep wetness from hands.

This time we are not satisfied. May be we are used to Charmin Soft for more than three decades. What we have now is a waste. You should educate customers on quality compared to Charmin Soft.
