I love this product. That said, I am not happy with the shorter width. The rolls will not stay on the holder. I am not going to buy new holders for two bathrooms so I can use your product. Sad to go but, the downsizing in width is not cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin's Ultra Strong toilet paper is just that...ultra strong! Charmin's Ultra Strong is also very soft. It's a great toilet tissue for the money.

I have bought this product for years and I have been unhappy the last couple of times when the product didn't come up to the always high standards of this product

I have quit buying your product since you cut about a 1/2' off the width. I never thought it would be a problem but it is. Whoever suggested the reduction in size should quit.
