i HAVE BEEN BUYING CHARMIN PRODUCTS FOR OVER TWENTY YEAR. MY COMMPLAINT IS THE ROLLS HAVE BEEN GETTING SMALLER. THE THREE PACKAGES OF '9 BIG ROLLS' THAT I PURCHASED TODAY ARE WAY TOO SMALL TO BE CALLED 'BIG' ROLLS.

We are toilet paper snobs. We love Charmin Ultra Strong and will go out of our way to make sure we always have this brand. It is both soft and never falls apart. The Best!
