I've been using Charmin for several years. I just bought a 36 roll package. The rolls are about 1/4 inch shorter in width that by last rolls but the same price. Won't buy again!

this paper does not go down the drain when I flush. It seems like it has some chemical to add lubricant and it causes me to have to flush twice each time I use it.

I changed to Ultra Strong thinking it would be better and last longer than Ultra Soft, WRONG!!! It lasts less than half the time per roll. I will not buy it again.

We have now had a 2nd Roll of tp from different packages months apart to have about 4 feet of ripped product. Not sure how to describe it other than it was not a full sheet some of it was only 1/4 inch wide.
