[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my normal toilet paper this one felt a little rougher than my normal wipes. It was a thicker paper so it held up very well but not as soft as I would like.

So So disappointed with your product. I was your number one fan. Not anymore.. Do you think the consumer would not realize you rolls are smaller and not as soft?? Shame on you --- you lost another customer...
