We've been Charmin users for as long as I can remember. I never thought I would have to try something else. But, now that you've decided to cheapen it up and make the rolls narrow and not as soft, I'm going to have to make a change:-( I would've paid more...instead, you've ruined your product and lost a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Charmin Ultra Strong, and I loved it! The paper is soft and VERY absorbent! No more using too much paper and clogging the toilet! What a relief to find a t.p. that is soft, absorbs and leaves you feeling clean "down there"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin's Ultra Strong definitely lives up to its name. I never have to worry about it ripping when I use it and it's still soft. I really appreciate the fact that Charmin made this toilet paper strong without compromising on the softness. Because of the strength of Charmin Ultra Strong, I don't have to use as much toilet paper as I normally would. I'd also like to point out the it adsorbs a lot better than a lot of other toilet paper that I've used. It was cool that I was able to try this for free and I would gladly buy more in the future. In fact, i would go as far as to say it is my favorite toilet paper. I would strongly recommend this to anyone.

I have been using single ply for years because of price only to find it breaks apart and is very rough sometimes it is not user friendly "If you know what I mean". Charmin ultra is less expensive in the long run and it goes a long way. It is strong and does not break apart and it is soft. Bottom line I am sold on this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] some paper is nice and strong but too rough and tough. some is soft but leaves little pieces on your behind? this is the best combination of soft and strong. the only down side and only reason i gave it a 4 is the relative thickness means less on the roll so you have to replenish more often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I've tried Charmin Ultra Strong as toilet paper as well as tissues, and they're durable, but not for me. The consistency is a lot like paper towels, so it's not very comfortable compared to most toilet papers, but it's probably the strongest I've seen.

Charmin Ultra Strong combines the best of both worlds with it's super soft texture and it's you-don't-need-too-much strength. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my buzzkit in the mail and decided to add a roll to our bathroom beside our current roll of another brand. I typically prefer my single-ply strong toilet tissue because it works and I don't need fluffy paper to do the job. My wife and kids though really like the softer paper. My wife noticed right away and said she liked it better. The kids also were impressed and thankful to have something softer. The only complaint came from my wife when she realized that the rolls go 3 times faster than a roll of my favorite tissue, even though she said she is use less sheets. She has used 3 rolls of the Charmin and one roll of my tissue usually lasts our family of 5 around a month. She has used 3 rolls in only 2 weeks of the Charmin. I imagine if the price is right, my wife will probably get some more Charmin Ultra Strong since the rest of the family likes it, but I don't think she will get it if it is the same price or more than our regular stuff.
