[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a quality product. No mess left behind, tough and yet, so soft. I can tell a difference that's for sure. BUT it all comes at a price. Unlike the other brands, Charmin is not known for being the cheapest TP on the market. When you have 5 people, including yourself living under one roof, you tend to go through a lot. AND when you go through a lot, it does tend to get rather expensive. I guess I could stock my partner and I's bathroom and leave the other 2 bathrooms with the cheaper tp! Now there's an option ;-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I tried this product, I used whatever was on sale from week to week and was never totally satisfied with the comfort and durability of the product. This toilet tissue was extremely heavy feeling and it was clearly thicker than what I'd grown accustomed to. It took me the first roll in my four pack to stop using way too much because a little goes a long way. I found that I was getting out a new roll much less often, as the rolls seemed to last longer. I used it in my bathroom, whic is usually only used by my son and myself, so I can't speak to its effectiveness for the ladies in the house, but for my needs it was more than sufficient. I noticed that the roll was narrower than my last brand, but it didn't seem to matter much. My one caution is that it can put extra stress on plumbing if you aren't careful. It stopped up my toilet at first before I learned to use less because of it's added strength.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes this is a stronger version of Charmin but I would not say it is that soft. I think my old brand of Scott's is softer then this. Also it claims that you will use less, so far not that true. So you get less but pay more then you you do with other brands. Also it is thicker so since using it, we have had more clogged toilets then ever before. We aren't using more tissue then before but it is such a thick paper that the toilets can't handle it. So don't know how a septic system would handle this. So if you want a strong tissue but don't necessarily care how soft it is this is a good brand.

It's the only toilet paper we use . When going out with my potty in training daughter I take it with us . You never know what your going to end up with at public restrooms. My little girl and I can wipe with confidence. The feeling of it against our skin is priceless !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some may feel talking about TP can be embarrassing, not me!! My TP has to be super soft and strong enough that I do not need more than 3 pieces to make me feel comfortable that it is not going to rip in half. Charmin Ultra strong does the job. It is incredibly soft and passes my 3 pieces test. You may thing you get more TP with those thinner rolls, but you have to use 4 times the number of pieces each time you...well you know...When you are only using 3 pieces each time, the roll lasts much longer. More importantly the ultra softness leaves you feeling powder fresh. The only reason Ultra Strong did not get 5 stars from me is that I prefer a touch of aloe in my TP.

I was a supporter and loyal customer of the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper for years, because of the excellent quality of the product. However, I noticed a stark difference from what I had been using when I last purchased the Ultra and the last package that I purchased only confirmed my thoughts on the subject; Charmin has begun to cheap out like every other corporation these days. The toilet paper is not as strong or as thick, and I highly doubt this is a 'manufacturing' blip on the screen. It seems every corporation on the planet is making product cheaper and cheaper, including my once favourite toilet paper. Charmin, you have lost me as a customer. I will save my money (as your product is a premium price) and look for another brand.

Probably - I can't think of any better, anyway, although I don't keep a journal on that particular subject. The nicest thing is that you can buy this and not worry about it. Who wants to worry about TP? Life is too short. It's an easy buy. There are some product categories I bargain shop, but not this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, what's to say about TP? This product does everything its supposed to do, no tearing, shredding, or those little annoying fuzzy bits that get all over the place. This is the only kind of TP that I buy...ever!
