[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the 4-pack of Charmin in the mail, to which my wife announced, that is the perfect size to keep in the guest bathroom. Since this is the time of year when we seem to have a house full of guests, we tend to go through some bathroom tissue. Abiding by the "if mom is happy than everyone is happy" rule, I put the Charmin in the guest bathroom. A couple of days later, it seemed that all the bathrooms in the house were being used, when I needed one. The only open one was the guest bathroom. We usually use Northern tissue in the other bathrooms, but this Charmin is fantastic. I didn't want to sound goofy proclaiming that, but I mentioned to my wife that she might want to give it a try. She did, and she agreed. When she buys tissue, she purchases the 200 roll pack that seems to last a couple of months, but we both agreed to switch to the Charmin the next time we need to purchase tissue. Great product. Oh, the guests all seemed to like it, too.

First thing was that despite being really soft, the paper was super durable. The softness was not in hand feel, but in bum feel, which comes in handy. By handy, I mean that my 13-month old daughter loves to roll out the TP and play with it. Because the Charmin was a bit less soft to the hand feel, she was less inclined to run around with the TP and saved me some cleanup duty. So aside from a clean bum, I also have a clean bathroom... moving forward, this will probably be the selling factor for my family.

In fact, when I meet people, I like to ask if they "fold or wad" their toilet paper. While it is generally awkward for them to answer, it is a GREAT ice breaker. Anyway, I fold. Three sheets, folded into each other. This toilet paper is one of the best I've used. it is soft and it is strong, 2 requirements for good toilet paper. I'll be buying some in the future for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I was excited to join this campaign I knew that we would not be using the Ultra Charmin for its traditional use. My family and I have used Ultra Charmin in the past. We have had problems in the past with it causing blockages in our plumbing. Some were simple fixes with a plunger at the toilet, but after prolonged use small pieces built up in the pipes. This eventually caused a backup in our basement. It required professionals to cleaned our pipes. Since we stopped using the Charmin in favor of a different product the problem went away. However, on the plus side we have found other uses for the Ultra Charmin. Since it is so strong it works great as a facial tissue substitute. Also since it leaves little to no residue my wife uses it to clean up while applying make-up. These may not be traditional or intended uses but my family finds that it works great for us this way.

It is thicker than regular toilet paper so I was afraid that they would clog up the toilet. It is stronger than other toilet paper you just have to get used to using less. Which is nicer cause the toilet paper doesn't run out as fast. I like that it's stronger you can feel the difference and it's not hard, it's just getting used to not using as much. Like they say a little goes a long way

I've used ultra strong for years and stocked up whenever it was on sale. I have over 30 rolls stockpiled. Imagine my surprise when I recently opened a new pack and discovered that the thickness and quality had been changed. I do not like this new change and now I have to put up with it until I use up my supply. So I will begin my search for a new toilet paper that is like the Ultra Strong used to be. Why do manufacturers have to change a good product making it cheaper or flimsier?
