I was pretty disgusted to see that Charmin has succumbed to the practice of decreasing size in order to produce the product at a lower cost. This latest pack of ultra strong toilet paper is a good 1/4 inch narrower than our last batch. This is ridiculous. I started buying Charmin, despite the cost, precisely because it appeared to be the last toilet paper company that made a good product and didn't skimp. I'm willing to pay more; I just don't want a compromised product. Please; have the courage of your conviction. Advertise a top quality product and charge (fairly) what you need to charge. Believe me, you'll find people who don't mind spending the money for a good product. Now that I find that you, too, have started the nickel and dime process, I'll have to find a better product that's willing to charge for a top notch commodity. Charmin, I'm so disappointed.

I was very impressed with how soft and durable this toilet paper was. It is something I would continue to use. My regular tissue is either strong or soft but not both. This is the best of both of the tissues I use.

Would buy this product if I see it on store shelves. I have tried other "strong" toilet paper and have found them to be "coarse" rather than strong. I am a firm believer in this exceptional quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this tp. It doesn't leak through or rip when using it to clean yourself. It was soft. However, I found it a little too thick. I felt like I was using a paper towel. I also was concerned about it clogging the plumbing because it was so thick. I also found that I was replacing the roll way more often than usual. I have 4 daughters so the tp gets used quickly. But with this product, I had to replace the roll every other day. We used the four sample rolls in about a week. I would not buy this product strictly because the roll doesn't last as long as I would like.

This stuff is luxuriously soft in all the right places and left me feeling clean and pampered. Who knew toilet paper could be so great? When you think about what it actually is, it's disgusting, but hey… this stuff's better than others. I don't really know how else to review this without being disgustingly explicit. But I need fewer squares to get the same job done with better comfort and less time. What else could I ask for? My dignity? Well I'll retain a little bit of that and end my review here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I hate about most toilet paper is it rips easily or it leaves a residue behind that causes strong odor and uncleanliness. With Charmin ultra strong you have no worries about ripping through the paper and wiping yourself with your hand and no problems with ungodly odor and white residue being left behind in that area after continued use. The only toilet paper and brand that I would ever use. Go Charmin GO!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new version of Charmin has taken the crown away from my other 3-ply brand so far. It is soft AND strong, and yet it is only 2-ply. The only issue I have has been finding this tissue on store shelves in my area. Maybe it is just too new, or maybe they are always out of stock. Either way, I am keeping an eye out for it to be available. It is become my #1 paper for dealing with #2!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a guy, my roommate is a girl. I didn't care much about toilet paper but she complains about the toilet paper I bought. However, since I had an HUGE stockpile of cheap stuff from Sam's Club it didn't make sense to go out and by anything diferent until the stock was depleated. Imagine her delight when I showed her the four free rolls of Charmin Ultra Strong! The softeness is the first thing you notice. It feels unimaginably pillowy. And the strength is incredible. I trim my beard and mustache over the sink and constantly use toilet paper to clean up. The cheap stuff disinegrates on contact with the wet sink so I have to use a large wad. The Charmin is built to last and truly is Ultra Strong. In summary, its soft, its tough, and because you use less, it is inexpensive. Thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I received my Charmin Ulta last week. My usual brand I have used for years and have been happy with. Then I used the Charmin and its like yes I do notice a big difference. The softness and the thickness is great. I have found that I use less also. I thought a way to get some opinions on this would be to take some to the station. So I did, but I didn't say to anyone that I brought it in until later. Throughout my shift which happen to be one that I was at the station a lot that day. Every time for a bit when someone came out, so fortunate to be by the bathrooms (not) hey are the switiching out toilet paper, or much better choice of paper, few comments just wouldn't be appropriate to write for my review, but they were positive comments just language inappropriate. At the end of the day I took the package cover in and taped it to the mirror and left a message saying Hope you enjoyed your soft paper, time has ran out you are back to what we have. Guys noticed the change big time, so I know they were impressed.
