The best way to say this is that Charmin Ultra Strong is really strong as what they claimed. You can use this toilet paper to clean messes and spills. it won't tear apart no matter what and yet it's soft and gentle. This what makes it unique from the other brand in the market now. Just opened a new package of Charmin Mega Roll Extra Strong. When I put it on the holder, I immediately noticed something was different. I looked at the package. Previously, each roll had 352 sheets of 4.27 x 4. What I have now has 330 sheets of 3.92 x 4. Also, doesn't seem as thick or as nice. However, paid the same price. I have been willing to pay more for a better product. Have used this product since it was introduced. Initially, the rolls had 380 sheets. Now, down to 330. May have to start trying other brands. Shame on you Charmin! I still recommend, but with mixed feelings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We usually stick to the charmin brand tissue but there is a difference in the our regular pack and the ultra strong. With four little boys it lasts longer and they seem to be using less. I would recommend this to any family with multiple kiddos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is superior to most any bathroom tissue. It is thick and sturdy as you take it off the roll but isn't scratchy or abrasive when you use it. The experience is what I imagine using a soft cloth would feel like. It is not as soft as Charmin Ultra Soft (which is my normal brand) but it is pretty close and far softer than commercial grade tissue.

There is a very big difference between store brand toilet paper and Charmin Ultra Strong. It is definitely thicker, stronger and not linty. My kids wished they used this at their school. They do not use the bathroom for #2 at school because of the cheap 1 ply toilet paper. They take care of their business first thing when they get home. Sad, I know! We will definitely be making this a staple in our home. Thank you Charmin!

I am a long time Charmin user. Loved the fact that I could use half the amount of other brands. More important, as a female was it didn't leave anything behind on me. I buy it in bulk. The last two times I bought it , it was not at all the same. I have to use double the amount now and it leaves residue behind. No longer a fan, sorry. Please go beak to the other formula!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how soft it would be, because that's honestly more important to me than strength, but I was happy to try it and I was very pleasantly surprised how good it was in both areas. I find that I need to use less because of the strength of the TP, which is a big plus and an unexpected benefit.

Although it got the job done, in my opinion a slightly thinner, rougher ( I know that sounds weird), lighter paper is more preferable. I felt as though i was flushing towels down the toilet. I had to use such a small amount that my hand felt unprotected. Not my cup o' tea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have finished trying the 4 roll of Charmin Ultra Strong Paper and it lasted for about 3 weeks. The product is very effective and very strong but I feel it lacks a little in the softness department. I usually use Quilted Northern or other types of Charmin Brand toilet paper. It is not abrasive or uncomformrtable but it doesn't feel as gentle to the types I am used to using. The texture remoinds me of a soft paper towel and I could see for some people with issues cleaning themselves how this could be a large plus. For myself I will probably not be using this type of Charmin in the future but I would have no reservations recommending it to someone having issues with toilet paper than tears too easily or needs a stronger heavy type of paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always a firm believer that it didnt matter what type or brand of tp people (and i) used, because in my opinion, they were all the same. Well...I'm here to tell you all today...they in fact ARE NOT all the same! Charmin Ultra Strong is exactly that...its ultra strong. Chramin advertises "enjoy the go", you know what? I did enjoy the go when i used this tp because it doesnt fray up or crumble like most do. I was so impressed with the durability of the paper that i conducted a little test...im extremely picky about what i use to clean my electronic devices. I took some of the Charmin and tried to clean my LG G3 and guess what happened....it cleaned my phone! And better than most cleaning cloths i might add!! At first it did leave faint traces of fibers around the edges, but a light blow on the screen cleared that right up. I feel a little ashamed saying that i might keep Charmin around just to help me clean! Lol. Give it a try guys and gals...you may discover a new helper like i did.
