[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is legit the greatest invention ever. It really has no competition whatsoever. It's strong yet soft and gets the job done. It's durable, thick and not abrasive. It also isn't flakey or linty like the others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just 6 months ago I was able to use 4 squares. The last 2 mega rolls I've purchased have been much thinner. I now have to use 7 squares to get the same affect as the 4 squares. I'm not very happy with this thinner formula. For what we as consumers pay for this product, you should go back to your original thicker product. I cannot at this time recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin has definitely impressed me with their new product. my house barely has bought the Charmin brand because of its cost and leading competitors. We mainly use Scott and for the longest time I saw it an economic yet good quality bathroom roll, until I tried this product. I found that I used only two pieces of paper of Charmin compared to probably 7 to 10 pieces of paper in the Scott roll. The only difference that many people choose other brands is because they see in the labeling of Scott "1000 pieces of paper per roll" thats an automatic win for the basic consumers. But for me Charmin has won me over. I did not give it a 5 star because Charmin has always maintained a low pile roll, thats the only reason why. Although its toughness and touch Charmin beats all its competitors with this roll. I would suggest them change their label on the front and instead of saying Ultra Strong to say that is says something specific to the roll (Ex. 4 rolls in 1). Lastly, I will recommend this product because not only does it show an American example of a brand, its also extremely effective in changing the roll less frequent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A toilet tissue is a much needed household product,but you want one thats gentle and gets job done but not clog the toilet!well..this is the one you will want to buy for your family!The Charmin product has been around a long time for a reason...time tested to say the least to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using fluffy, quilted tp for quite a while, using 5 sheets and still putting up with the tearing and "failures", I expected this new tough type to be like cardboard. To my surprise though, it's very soft, and so strong I can use half as many sheets. It's definitely my new "go" to paper.

I thought the durability and softness was more comfortable to a generic brand.

Its as if the toilet paper scientists in white lab coats somehow managed to cross the qualities of heavy duty paper towels with the softness of a baby kitten (not that I recommend ever wiping your nether regions with a baby kitten...they have very sharp teeth and nails!). The texture of Charmin Ultra Strong reminds me of a super absorbent paper towel, but with a comfy softness about it. If you have ever used bargain brand one-ply cheap toilet paper, and have been disappointed in its performance while sitting on your porcelain throne...then you have got to try this product. Its the polar opposite of the cheap stuff. Charmin Ultra Strong is high quality. It's substantial. It's comfortable. not scratchy. Most importantly, you an wipe as vigorously as required...you will not experienced the dreaded "finger poke through" that often accompanies other toilet paper brands. I recommend that you try Charmin Ultra Strong today. You really do not realize what you have been missing.

Seriously all they did was take a normal roll of toilet paper, cut it in half and use that excess to make it super thick. There is not enough squareage to actually wipe. Maybe they want to package this terrible toilet paper with hand sanitizer or fresh wipes for me to clean my hands with the aftermath on my hands. You can certainly bet I will not be using the other 4 rolls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I have been pleasantly surprised with the new Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. Not accustomed to writing reviews of toilet paper, but this product has made the duty easier. You do use much less paper - it does not team, rip, etc., and easily flushes down. It is "clog free" as stated on the packaging. Being stronger, it does clean better. The only downside that I have noticed is that it is not as soft as 'normal' toilet paper. Not as rough as what you may find in a public place, but not as soft as other home-use toilet paper. I will defiantly be purchasing this if it is cost effective.
