Shrinking the Charmin Ultra Strong Mega Rolls from 352 sheets per roll to 330. Narrowing the rolls from 4.27 in to 3.92 in wide. Did you think that we would not notice the new “messy” experiences that we are having & the fact that we are having to use more paper to do the job? The quality has decreased also. It is not as soft & my fingernails go through multiple layers of the paper now. My latest experience was 8 layers. I feel certain this was done to increase profit margins, but with these changes you may lose enough people for those profit margins to “shrink” too! After being loyal to you for 30+ years it looks like I will be having to look elsewhere!

Together with being soft and making the wife happy. These features together with being a great value make make Charmin Ultra Strong the only choice for my family!

My family has bought the 24/48 pack for years. One every two weeks. Now, I can't find it where I shop. The comparable "Mega" roll pack costs more per unit. And, as many other households have found, the rolls are about 1/2 inch narrower. Very discouraging. Why are you giving me so much motivation to look for another product?

I typically use Charmin soft, and I think I will continue to use that. I wish there could be a happy medium between the two products.

I thought I would be trading off softness for strength with Charmin Strong, but was glad to find out that I didn't have to. I liked the durability and the plushness. I notice that I don't need as many sheets to feel as clean. The roll had just the right amount of sheets to fit on my toilet paper holder, and lasted several days with 3 people using. Once again, another Charmin product that has impressed me and made it my fave toilet paper brand.

I loved that you only need a couple squares to getvthe job donen my finger didn't go through it like some cheaper toilet paper. I will definitely be buying this agan. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to try the Charmin ultra strong. My girlfriend buys toilet paper by the single roll & it is never soft! I thought finally this would be soft and comforting. well it is very soft I will say that. But the roll did not last long at all. Actually the whole 4 pack lasted about as long as one single roll of our usual brand...which although its not so soft...its not to rough either. With 4 kids in the house we tend to go through toilet paper pretty quick to begin with so I prefer to have something mediocre that lasts versus good quality paper.
