[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper was good overall. It was strong and sturdy. It wasn't as soft as the TP that we normally use. (Charmin Ultra Soft) My wife thought it ran out faster than our normal TP as well. Overall though I would buy it if the price was comparable. But it's toilet paper. How much can you say?

The "Ultra Strong" is no joke. What used to take multiple pulls from the old stuff now can be accomplished with just a few squares. My only complaint is that I wished it was a bit softer. But I can't get over the strength.

I grew up with the Charmin name; and we had (until several years ago) been using Charmin Ultra Soft within my own family. However, once we discovered Charmin Ultra Strong, the search was OVER! In my own humble opinion, there is no other bathroom tissue quite like Charmin Ultra Strong. It lives up to its name and then some. 1) The strength is evident in the process. The required number of TP tissues is significantly lower than that of any brand we have tried. 2) The texture is as appealing as that of Charmin Ultra Soft, while significantly improving on "quality of duty" so-to-speak! 3) The durability is matched by none on the market today. The cleanliness of process without residue of the product being left "behind" (pun intended) is excellent! With being a superior product as detailed above, the ultimate payoff from Charmin Ultra Strong comes in the form of money savings: that is, less product used per "session" turns into money saved at the store! Family members did not complain and everyone seems to be happy. The packaging was good it was not hard to open.

If you spend more than 5-10 minutes trying to decide on the best, most inexpensive toilet paper, you've come to the right place. Give this a shot. You will be glad you did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are like most married men, there is only one type of toilet paper; the kind that is on the roll next to you when you need it. Other than that, not much thought or care is given to this most valuable asset. I was one of these men until I received my 4 roll pack of Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. This stuff truly is "Man tough". It doesn't shred or fall apart like the cheap stuff the wife buys when it's on sale. Truly impressive. You'll use less of it because you don't have to double up in an attempt to protect your hand from thin, flimsy paper. As to how it absorbs, I have no idea, I don't use TP to absorb stuff. Charmin Ultra Strong is absolutely a new kind of toilet paper. I highly recommend it to anyone who uses toilet paper. It will leave you feeling cleaner and, after a couple of uses, you will feel more confident than ever that your paper will stay in tact and do it's duty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I always felt that toilet paper was toilet paper. I never saw one brand as anything better than the next. My wife always insisted on the soft stuff - probably because there are puppies on the packaging - but I would have done fine with the cheapest. If anything, I preferred unrolling a little extra from the thinner, cheaper stuff over the "cling-ons" left behind with the blanket like TP. I could tell right away that Charmin was thick like my wife preferred, but not AS soft as the puppy stuff. A little stiffer, perhaps. It felt like a soft paper towel, not a fancy napkin, or transparent, crispy tissue. I was immediately impressed by how efficient it was. It didn't tear through the layers to my fingers, there weren't bits and pieces knotted up in any compromising places, I felt clean and the job was done. I have never put so much thought into the experience; nor have I ever walked away so much appreciation for the product. Even my puppy loving wife agrees that we will be a Charmin house from now on. She was thrilled to report not feeling "dusty" after use...whatever that means.

I love that Charmin is soft but doesn't rip, tear, or leave those gross little bits behind! Charmin is reliable, and let's me feel confident when guests come over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What makes this better TP than other TP? that was my question to myself, besides the cute family of bears that do their advertising. I thought that this product was a good quality TP. Soft and didn't tear as I was using it. So soft in fact that when I was getting it out of the packaging I basically crushed the tube in the TP. Good Product tho thanks!
