I was very pleased with it in this regard and we did notice we had to use a little less than our normal toilet paper. We were however slightly disappointed with the width of the toilet paper.

It rips, it tears...it is generally just a pain and you end up balling 5 times as many sheets together just to make it work without a mishap. Enter Charmin ultra strong, a real toilet paper for someone like myself. Not only is it super strong, it maintains a soft touch at the same time. In my opinion, if you are looking for a strong, high quality TP, try Charmin Ultra Strong and you won't be disappointed.

I found that using CHARMIN Ultra Stong make roughing it a lot easier. Less paper to use and it es hight effective it the wilderness. And of course when you are in the comfort of your home it is comforting knowing it only take a litte and it is strong enough not to have your fingers go thru the tissue. I tell the guys before leaving for that hunting or fishing trip CHARMIN ULTRA STRONG is a must in your bags. I just bought a new package of Charmin ultra strong, since it has always been my brand and product of choice. However, this iteration seems to be substantially thicker than the last version of the product. In my opinion, it is thicker than necesarry and results in a rougher paper towel feeling toilet paper. I think it may actually be stronger than some paper towel brands. That may be what some people are looking for, but I would prefer something strong, but still soft.

Purchased ultra strong because it claims on package to "use less". Rolls appeared much smaller but thought I would give it a try. Tried using less but didn't quite do the job.Went through rolls much faster than other brands. Would not purchase again. Also unable to contact anyone, no customer service?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultra strong, ultra soft, ultra fine. This TP is the king of the TP's. Charmin Ultra Strong is the right stuff for my home and I am sure it is the right choice for yours. There are many options when choosing TP so why no give Charmin a chance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our home, we've used different brands of toilet paper through the years - from the cheapest of cheap to certain types of Charmin for short periods. In regards to this Ultra Strong brand of Charmin, it definitely stands up to its name but it seemed that the rolls were pretty small. And though the sheets were strong, this isn't necessarily the feature that I would want over other features. I prefer a softer toilet paper, not necessarily one that is this strong. This was a tad too uncomfortable for my tastes! I know Charmin makes a softer brand so I would probably be more willing to give that a try because even though I didn't like the hardness of this line, I do like the Charmin brand over other generic brands we've tried which couldn't hold up.

The texture of the tissue is high quality and is extra absorbent. You use less toilet tissue and this Charmin cleans better. Charmin Ultra Strong is great product and worth trying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many different toilet papers in my day. Most are soft but then you get a dusty toilet paper. Some are strong but they are usually rough as sand paper. Charmin Ultra Strong is a great combination of both worlds! It is soft without the dust and strong without easily ripping when needed most. Once you find a good toilet paper you won't want to switch to anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking for tp, I am usually looking for something a bit softer/fluffier than the Charmin Ultra Strong that I just tried. I like the fact that it is advertised as "ultra strong", which implies that it will not tear, or tear as easily. However, it is a bit rough on my backside. I've used the paper several times and it has not torn. I won't say anything as cliched as "it feels like I'm wiping with sandpaper or a pine cone" but, isn't it possible to make it soft yet strong and still not have much lint?
