I recently bought the Ultra Strong Charmin (NOT essentials) and was very disappointed. It is not the same at all as the Ultra Strong and Soft I had been buying for years. It is neither as soft and no where near as strong. If this is your way of making a cheaper product, I will be switching to cheaper bands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is usually the one who does the grocery shopping, including items like tissues, toilet paper, etc. She normally would purchase Quilted Northern, but now I have her make sure to get Charmin Ultra Strong. It lives up to its name, even when I reach for it in the bathroom to blow my nose! Im very impressed with the quality but at the same time it is soft and not irritating. We are converting to Charmin for good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unimpressed with Charmin Ultra Strong. It says it lasts longer than other brands yet I ran out much quicker than the Scott's brand I usually use. It's thicker than it needs to be and I don't notice that much of a difference in softness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In using this toilet paper, I can tell it is made of high quality. It is much softer than my other toilet paper (Scott) and less abrasive. My wife and daughter also remarked on the softness. I would recommend it to others.

These rolls are HALF the size of the normal rolls that I buy, so calling it double.... just.. No. That said, it's nice and soft, and does what it needs to. Is almost too soft sometimes. I like a bit of tooth on my tp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually my wife buys store brand toilet paper since it is cheapest, so I was happy to be able to try something new. Overall I honestly wasn’t too overly impressed with the differences in the Charmin Ultra Strong and my regular store brand toilet paper. Yes the Charmin Ultra Strong was much softer, but that sometimes made it more “slippery” in certain wiping situations. And that is NOT desired. But it was also much stronger than cheaper toilet paper, which was certainly a positive point. I also didn’t seem to notice much of a difference in the amount of paper used or the life of the toilet paper roll if you will. Maybe it is because everyone is used to using a certain amount, and did not adjust their usage habits as I did. My wife had stated she noticed she could use less, but she didn’t always remember that fact till after she already had her usual handful ready to go. I would definitely recommend Charmin Ultra Strong to people, but I am not sure it is totally worth the price.

I run a daycare so I deal with multiple age ranges and it was nice to have a quality toilet paper for the younger kids. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have sinced purchased some more as I appreciate the value that it provides even though it's a little more expensive than my usual purchase. Happy to say i've switched over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin has out done itself this time. What a great toilet paper. It has the strength of a cloth. Use less paper and still get a great clean wipe. Absorbs great and feels so soft. I wish we would have had this all my life. It is well worth the cost. You will not regret buying this fine product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talking about toilet paper is not something anybody probably wants to do so I will keep short and sweet. You will use less toilet paper with Charmin Ultra Strong. I am used to wrapping my hand several times to prevent the ever hated break-through. With Charmin Ultra Strong there is no need to wrap your fingers several times with toilet paper. 4 squares is all that is needed...possibly fewer but 4 is as few as I will go. This stuff is strong and will last you a while! I will spare you the pictures:)
