I purchased your product at Costcom, as I have done for years...I had NO IDEA that it was SMALLER ROLLS and a MUCH LESS SOFT SHEET than I am accustomed from the Charmin brand..It is totally unacceptable.....I will think very carefully about ever purchasing Charmin again, whichever product it might be....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the charmin ultra strong and put the rolls in our downstairs bathroom while we kept generic TP in the other bathrooms. What a difference. The generic one you better use double or triple the sheets. No need with the charmin and the charmin remained extra soft. Would definitely recommend it and use it.

I finally tried the ultra strong, and its my new favorite. You really can do more with less. Its also septic safe. Important for some of us in the country.

I feel like it is worth it to make a switch and to use Charmin ultra strong. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I"m not big on talking about how cushy it feels on my rear but it does it's job and does it well without falling apart. When my wife started using coupons she got a few packs of cheaper stuff and i told her to stop. If we have to "splurg" on the good stuff then we will.

I bought these rolls religiously. It was the only brand I've used and now they changed it. They say it's just a different print and the quality is still the same but that's not true. Whatever they did to change this is horrible. it feels like course sandpaper now. Why would they change a good thing. Anyone have any suggestions on something better to use?

Who would have guessed that the old standard toliet tissue could be replaced so easily if I just would have tried it sooner. There is no comparison for softness, Charmin Ultra Strong wins hands down! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was never really a fan of the Charmin brand only because it was too soft, thick and would clog my toilet. I have to say they have improved tremendously. I don't know how they do it but they managed to give really good comfort without feeling like I have a whole roll on my hands. I used the product and it flushed just fine (mind you I have one of those stupid low flow toilets that take forever to flush). I had no irritation and it did not feel like sand paper on my bum. Overall I say I would use it again in the near future.

1. I am missing a recycling logo on your product packaging. What is the recycling category? I see P&G logo, Rainforest Alliance Certified logo and Good housekeeping logo. There is no recycling logo on the package. 2. I like Charmin Product, it is soft and reliable for my family. It is the packaging I have a problem with. Is it recyclable? There are 4 plastic packages inside the outer plastic package.(18 megarolls) It is redundant, even from the cost accounting point of view. It takes minimum 400 years for plastic to biodegrade.Can you reduce the plastic? Can you possible replace it with paper packaging, which takes only a couple of weeks to decompose?
