If the price was a little more manageable, this would very easily be five stars. It is very comfortable, does not irritate anything, and is very thick.

I can use it and still have the comfort I expect, and our kids can use it and not have it fall apart on them and make messes even worse. So if you are looking for a soft toilet paper that will also hold up, look no further.

It holds up well, is super absorbent and with Charmin Ultra Strong, less is more! So next time you are shopping around for toilet paper you know which one to grab Charmin Ultra Strong that is. I know that after using Charmin Ultra Soft, I'm now a convert. I can't see myself buying anything less. This stuff is soft and has a strong feel to it. It's not your typical thin, cheap, rough bathroom tissue. Give it a try. You'll be glad you did.

Over the years we have used many different kinds of tissue all claiming to be the best. It has been decided that there is no other tissue that is to enter our bathrooms from this point on! The others did not hold a candle to Charmin Ultra. I would agree that this is the king of the tissues. The great combination of strength and softness make it the clear winner.

Every time I tried a new brand - a "fancier" brand - I've been disappointed. The thicker and fluffier paper seems too soft and doesn't hold up - and, without getting too graphic - it shreds, flakes, and makes more of a mess than a trip to the bathroom should make. So, it was with trepidation that I tried Charmin...and I have to say that I was impressed with the strength, softness, and overall feel. I have tried other types of Charmin before and never would have given it a second chance if not for this campaign. Charmin Ultra Strong did the job, had a pleasant enough feel, and did not shred or produce a powdery residue. I do take points off for being a little too thick. Although I didn't need to use that much paper, it felt like a lot - and I was a little worried that it might clog up the pipes. That didn't happen, but every flush was said with a little hope and prayer for the plumbing. I would use this again and would be proud to have it in the guest bathroom for the most discerning of guests.

The strong stuff that feels like you are using a paper towel back there. But this Charmin Ultra Strong is definitely the best of both worlds. I have definitely found my new toilet paper for life

After years of delight in finding a soft-yet-strong bathroom tissue, I am completely disappointed in the changes to Charmin Ultra Strong. It is now rough, feels cheap, and is not a good value. Charge more if you must, but please give us your best product, not this poor substitute. This feels like a cheap trick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its good stuff to my bum. I love how strong and soft the Charmin brand is, to me its the premium bath tissue. Unfortunately, I use a lot of tissue and go through a lot of it a week. I think what I run into with the Charmin brand is two things: One, that Charmin's square per roll amount is lower because of how plush it is, but it is a better tissue. Two, the price point seem to be higher for the amount I get per roll. I pay attention to this since I need a good amount of paper per roll. So if that is important to you, then you will probably have the same feelings about Charmin, unless of course you just buy more Charmin to cover your needs.

The Charmin Ultra Strong was much more durable than any of the other toilet paper we had in the house! It didn't allow you to poke holes during use, and it did the job. The only thing I was hoping for was a little more softness, but it isn't super rough. It's definitely a great quality toilet paper, especially when you need it to pull through during an illness.
