[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to what we normally use this has been an vast improvement. Stronger, more absorbent and very soft. Now that I have tried this product I do not see our family going back to the regular absorbent paper that we use.

There is a very big difference between store brand toilet paper and Charmin Ultra Strong. It is definitely thicker, stronger and not linty. My kids wished they used this at their school. They do not use the bathroom for #2 at school because of the cheap 1 ply toilet paper. They take care of their business first thing when they get home. Sad, I know! We will definitely be making this a staple in our home. Thank you Charmin!

It only takes a few squares to get the job done. The Charmin Ultra Strong is not as soft as I would like. I definitely prefer Charmin over any other brand I've tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviewing toilet paper seems somewhat unusual, as it is not really something most of us talk about, or at least a product for which we would normally express any real passion. When I was offered the opportunity to try Charmin Ultra Strong by BzzAgent I wasn't quite sure how this would turn out or that I would be able to review this with much enthusiasm. I have rarely used Charmin in the past, mainly because my perception (I suspect shared by many others) is that its premium price is just not worth something that we simply dispose of. But, that does not mean that just any toilet paper will do - most of us do have some standards. It is highly irritating (physically and emotionally) to use TP that is either too thin, breaks apart, or harsh. Up until recently I have found a brand that seems to address these concerns and at a reasonable price point. I was content enough that Charmin was not a seriously consideration for me. Trying Charmin again, and perhaps this time with more attention, has changed my view. There is a difference. While my most recent preferred brand was adequate, Charmin Ultra Strong does live up to its claims. It is stronger and does have greater absorbency, all while being soft to one's tush. And, even though it does appear to cost a little more, I find that I don't need as much. Besides, in reality the minimal extra expense is well worth the comfort. When I started this trial I had no idea that I would be a convert, but the result is that I was pleasantly surprised and ready to make this my go-to brand.

Charmin Ultra Strong proved to have an ideal combination of strength and softness for TP. The heavy weight and thick ply are simultaneously soft for comfort. The feel and absorbency are substantial enough to actually give one confidence in the job at hand. The only adjustment possibly needed is perhaps to use less TP than accustomed, which is actually another benefit overall. Two thumbs up for Charming Ultra Strong!

Charmin Ultra Strong was soft and like the name says, 'ultra strong!' Unlike other brands of toilet paper that crumble and break into small pieces, Charmin Ultra Strong did its job and stayed in one piece. I was very satisfied with this toilet paper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this and just couldn't get used to it. It was certainly durable and felt thick. I didn't like the wideness it felt like it was smaller as far as wideness goes and it was no where near as soft as normal TP. I will stick with my normal TP. Also I did not like the fact it was 2ply. Although it says it is safe, I prefer a 1 ply TP to make sure there are no sewer problems.

Great toilet paper and I never thought it mattered having the store brand compared to the national brand. Guess its time for me to change things up a bit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After some serious thought as to how one can best review toilet paper, I have come to the conclusion there is no easy way. The New Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper does a great job at doing its job. I like the fact that though its ultra strong it's still only one ply, making it a heavier duty toilet paper. I also like the fact, that when you use it to wipe its strong enough that it doesn't roll up or ball up, leaving toilet paper behind which requires using even more toilet paper to make sure everything is wiped away even the toilet paper that might have got left behind. As for the softness, I must say its not as soft as the other Charmin toilet paper, but consider that was the trade off for a stronger toilet tissue.
