[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first picked up a roll of Charmin Ultra Strong, I could tell it was not our normal toilet paper. It felt sturdy, even though it was only one ply it still felt thicker and stronger then other two ply toilet papers. Not only was it strong but it still had that soft feeling to it. You could tell that this was not some cheap middle or nowhere gas station toilet paper. This was toilet paper that was worth using. Now it is not without its down side however. Being that it is stronger and thicker it does not have as mush bendability as some of the thinner toilet papers out there. It seems to want to fold on the perforations naturally so if you try to fold say three sheets in half you have to make a crease in the middle sheet. However, this is a minor thing and I would still use Charmin Ultra Strong every day over other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought many brands of tp in my household with 2 kids and my wife and I and constant guests we use ALOT of TP. With Charmin Ultra strong my kids and wife and I have used considerably less overall than we did previously with other brands, two to three sheets is all you really need at a time which is great and its not that pricey either. The big rolls come in handy and its really soft and absorbent. We have completely switched brands and will be using charmin ultra strong for a long time now! with a house full of girls its great to have a toilet paper that they all like and doesnt irritate any of them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I tried the new Charmin Ultra Strong. We liked the feel and durability but I still prefer my regular bathroom tissue. I currently use the Cottonelle with Aloe which I really love. We've both tried several different types of brands and types of toilet paper but the one with Aloe feels the softest on the tush. I will probably stick with the toilet paper with the Aloe, but I will try the Charmin brand with Aloe as well. I haven't seen it in our grocery store but when I do I would love to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so this isn't the most exciting campaign to chat about, in reality it's a bit too personal for most conversations with people. So in reality, this is likely the most difficult campaign I have done due to other people not wanting to engage. That said, I enjoy a strong product for the cleanliness and comfort and Charmin Ultra Strong delivers. On the downside however, knowing a bit about sewer systems, I'm only guessing the hardships it makes on a municipal sewage system which is a concern. End of the day, I would be happy with regular Charmin over the hard core stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this Charmin toilet paper its strong and and want tear as easily as the other toilet paper I have used. It is also very soft even though its strong and durable. I also use it to wipe up dog vomit ans clean the mess up fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong would be a wonderful toilet paper if it wasn't so stiff. The thickness is great. It's very durable and it really is a great toilet paper, the stiffness is the only complaint I have. I like toilet paper that is thick, strong AND soft. You can all of these options. The price is right and you get what you pay for. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I was unsure of using Charmin, as we are a Scott brand family. I was afraid it would be used too quickly, and not be as strong as our brand. It is definitely was softer than Scott toilet paper. I will say we went through a roll quicker of Charmin than we do with Scott...and I think the softness has something to do with it. We have only used a roll and a half, so I am waiting to decide if we would continue using this product. The softness factor is huge, but if we go through it too quickly, it wouldn't be worth the cost, just for the soft feel. Charmin seems equally as strong as Scott.

Alas, we aren't just talking about run-of-the-mill, bargain-basement, plain-Jane wiping material here. No sir, no ma'am, this is the stuff that (toilet) dreams are made of. Welcome to the world of hardcore bathroom tissue for serious bathroom users! What's the greatest quality of this stuff? I can't make up my mind! So let's get two things declared right away: my greatest concerns are durability and comfort. And Charmin Ultra Strong absolutely kills the competition in both areas! You want durable bathroom tissue from a name brand you know you can trust? Look no further! You want your fingers going through the paper and being covered in unmentionable bodily substances? Then go ahead and keep buying the cheap paper. Charmin Ultra Strong is so rugged and thick-- yet amazingly septic safe-- that I could clean up with just a few sheets of paper, compared to needing a handful of other brands. That's money saved, as well as time and frustration. What's more, this paper is actually totally comfortable to use! I have one particularly picky customer in my house, and she is never satisfied with such things as bathroom tissue comfort, but Charmin Ultra Strong had her raving and singing praises. No kidding either! Give it a try, you will be glad that you did.

While I reluctantly understand the narrowing of toilet paper rolls, I cannot understand why the texture of Charmin Ultra Strong is now thin and rough. It is definitely not the same product that I have bought all these years. The quality no longer matches the price point.
