[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're regular Charmin users in our house but the blue Ultra Soft variety. After trying out the red Ultra Strong for a four pack, everyone in the house feels softer is better. Yes, the red pack is stronger, but at least for this particular area of the body, softer is the way to go. Did we end up using any less of the red stuff with each load? No. Was it just habit from using a certain amount all the time already? I don't know, but the end result was a rough wipe where I really wouldn't want to use in those looser situations. Perhaps the red Ultra Strong Charmin is better than some other brands, but thankfully I don't have to find that out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been an advocate of getting the name brand and the better quality types of tp. Charmin has also been one of my go to brands. I have to say I like the feel of the ultra strong. I thought it might be too rough because of the name but I was glad to be wrong. I think the ultra strong is just right.

I've never experienced half the strength offered by this product with any of it's competitors. The only down side is, some of the softness and comfort has been sacrificed to achieve it's bullet proof rating.

I have a toddler who thinks he needs to use a whole roll of toilet paper when we buy cheap stuff because it isn't thick enough so we decided to switch. So glad that we did and we will not be changing back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typically we're using Charmin Ultra Sharp on our bottoms but during cold season instead of tissues we love to use Charmin Ultra Sharp for wiping and blowing our runny noses. Even our 3 year old loves to run into the bathroom and rip off more sections than we'd prefer to take care of his nose. It holds up well for other uses too :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far a TP goes, did not notice a lot of difference between Charmin and most other brands. I tend to shop for my paper by the lease expensive but not the lowest. I did notice a slight difference in the feel but would not go out of my way to get this specific brand or kind.

It felt like one was using a paper towel with how rough it was on the body. I even tried it as a kleenex and it was so rough it felt like sandpaper on my nose and left it rubbed red. I would not use this type of toilet paper again given the choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can you say about toilet paper? It’s not like it’s an ice breaker when introduced to new people, “Hello John. Glad to meet you. Say, have you tried that new Skolin Mint Toilet Paper in Wintergreen? Really refreshing!” Or when getting together with friends after work. “Uh, Joanie. Do you ever have those times when you, you know, feel that you didn’t get it all?” Thank goodness that the days of mail order catalogs are long gone. True to an extent that toilet paper is toilet paper but some brands are far better than others. Proof of that is the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet tissue. This is a really high quality product that has at least 99.5% less wood chips, sawdust and metal filings than generic brands I’ve tried in the past. It truly lives up to its name. Really thick so there are no accidental “Hellos!” Holds up better most European paper currency and the large rolls last a good while which saves money. Now, with Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper, you can even “boldly go where no man has gone before” and not have to worry about Klingons. Live long and proper! Maybe now I have enough confidence to discuss it at my next business conference over lunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I find reviewing toilet paper a little uncomfortable but here goes. I just finished the first roll of Charmin Ultra Strong and it definitely lives up to its name. Force of habit would have me taking more than I needed and old habits die hard but after about 1/3 of the roll I finally started to use less than I usually do. You can definitely feel the difference in strength right away. I don't know if the design on it has anything to do with the absorption aspect of it but even if it doesn't it definitely adds an attractiveness to it. I do have to say it will take a little more time to train my "young ones" to be a little more frugal in the amount they use, but on the whole I have to give this TP a definite thumbs up.

I had some artificially colored liquid soap that had dried up on the counter. Just a little bit of water to dampen a piece of the Charmin Ultra Strong and a little elbow grease, I was able to remove the stain. I noticed that no matter how hard I pressed against the counter the Charmin tissue didn't break up or leave any tiny pieces. On the other side of the spectrum, Charmin Ultra Strong is also ultra soft. I noticed that as soon as I grabbed the first roll. Very gentle on the skin. I plan on getting additional rolls because this is so much better than the typical bathroom tissue that I purchase...this will most likely to be a permanent choice. I highly recommend Charmin Ultra Strong.
