I am the picky one in my house when it comes to toilet paper so that leaves me in charge of finding the best product out there. When it comes to Charmine Ultra Strong I have to say it is both durable and soft. That makes Charmin Ultra Strong a winner for me.

This TP is definitely strong, but still soft. I use a lot less of this than the generics, so it's worth the price difference to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will absolutely concede that it is very strong, yet still soft. However, what gives it it's strength is the same thickness that causes it to run out much faster than other rolls, with the results being the same level of cleaning.

Don't like how it is so soft that it can't be used to wipe with out it leaving lil pieces of paper everywhere. It pills and comes apart. It is softer but thats about it. Not a very strong, sturdy toilet paper. Do not see myself replacing my current one with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Charmin Ultra Strong Toilet Paper. It is soft, strong and thick. While I did use less toilet paper sheets than before, the roll does not seem to last as long. I usually use Marcal which is recycled paper. The Marcal lasts much longer but feels like sandpaper compared to the Charmin. The Marcal is much thinner but has some strength to it. I would definitely recommend the Charmin to others because of its quality and softness. Softness is not a high priority when I look for a toilet paper. What are important to me are the price, strength, and length of the roll. Because of this, while I do like the Charmin, I am not sure if I would puchase the Charmin unless it was on sale at a good price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love Charmin and how little you have to use. I wish the ultra strong was a little softer though. I usually buy the ultra soft because of how smooth it feels. This one was still gentle but not as soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can Charmin ultra strong be the best toilet paper? I recommend it because it isn't a flimsy, rough single ply toilet paper. It has the strength and comfort I have come to expect from a toilet paper. I have tried others and they are never "thick" or "strong" enough for the job. Charmin's ultra strong is also soft. You get such a bargain with this toilet paper. The comfort is worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I have used the same brand TP for a LONG time. Not too soft, but the roll lasts a small eternity. This Charmin Ultra Strong is EXTREMELY thick and soft. That is very impressive. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it seems that the roll goes quicker because the paper is thicker. I realize that I don't need as much because it is thick, but the other members of my house haven't gotten that figured out. If there was a way to compress it and make the roll last longer, I'd give it 6 stars. I was impressed as someone can be with TP, and what I liked was that even if there was a a lot of TP used, it didn't stop up the toilet like other thicker brands do. It was really nice for a runny nose. My 2 year old daughter appreciated it over the normal brand I use which makes her nose sore and red. I'm long past the age of having my house wrapped, but if I did, I would request Charmin Ultra Strong.
