[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I've been using the Charmin for a while now. I will have to give this two thumbs up for durability. It sure is strong no question about that. My only negative with this product is the softness, well the lack of softness that is. I've put this up against my normal brand and the differences are quite different. Would the Charmin get me to switch brands? Probably not, but it does seem to be a nice quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved the Charmin Ultra Stong. It was soft and like the name says, was very strong. It never tore or had any problems. I would buy it again depending on the price and I would recommend it. It is definitely better than our current toilet paper but we usually buy it because it is cheaper.

I have purchased charmin for years however, over the past couple yrs I've noticed that it does not last near as long as it used to. Even the double rolls seem to lasts half the time. I have 1person in my household vs. 3 in the past and TP does not seem to last as long as it used to. If you look closely at the rolls you'll noticed they are very loosely wrapped, making them appear larger than they actually are. You are not saving money on a product if you use twice as much.

I am totally disappointed. We have used ultra strong for many years and much to my dismay on my last purchase of the big pack, I open and we have small little baby rolls. If I wanted to have small little rolls I would buy the discount brand that was known for small rolls. Did you think we wouldn't notice? Could you not have notified customers and let them make the choice if they wanted their nice big rolls replaced with the little baby rolls on their next purchase. Not a happy camper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this in my half bath which gets more traffic. I had family over for Thanksgiving and All my guests said they loved the paper and asked what brand it was. It is thick but soft. I am happy with it and glad i got to try it out.

It is tough, yet soft and not rough against your skin. This is a high quality toilet paper that is durable and does not rip during use. I love this brand and feel good buying it for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is the standard TP in my house, so I was happy to try the new version. The softness seems similar to the previous version, but with seemingly stronger plies and quilts. I will continue using this TP for years to come.

I had to view your website to see if I was purchasing the incorrect product. I have noticed that the design on the paper is now hardly visible and the quality has deteriorated. I have gone to two different retail stores when I needed to repurchase this product and have noticed the same result with both purchases. The rolls now seem smaller. I am very dissatisfied with my purchases. I agree with many of the other posts. Please look into better quality control and bring back the product that I used to love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ultra Strong version lives up to its name, and is surely the high quality you would expect from Charmin, but I find it to be too rough. I feel like it would be better as a paper towel rather than toilet paper. Personally, I prefer Charmin's Ultra Soft lines when it comes to toilet paper.
