If there was some way they could tone down the feel to make it softer, then this item would be a winner - because if I bought this off the shelf and tried it the way that it is today, that would be the last package I would but. Sorry....

Generally toilet paper either does, or doesn't do its job, and this roll definitely does its job. What is so shocking is that for as durable as this toilet paper truely is, its remarkably soft. Usually its one of the other, but this roll has it all!

It's not only strong but with the special texture it cleans like a beast as well. There's nothing worse than toilet paper tearing when you use it, and with this you just don't see it happen. This has become the go to for my throne and would recommend it to any other man that wants somethings strong, tough, and manly. And for those that blow their nose hard like me, it doubles up and doesn't tear up for that as well. I found myself using it more than my tissues. If you want something that will get the job done, get you clean, and stay together grab a pack of Charmin Ultra Strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used Meadowbrook Gold 3-ply toilet tissue from Amway. It was the best! This past year they discontinued their paper products, leaving us in a lurch. Then, we found Charmin Ultra Strong. Three plies. Doesn't fall apart in your hand (too many do). You could moisten this under running water and not have to worry about "tissue decomposition" as it was "in play". So thick that you could get satisfactory usage with only two or three sheets. Finally, a good replacement for the Meadowbrook. Mission accomplished!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is a premium toilet paper and usually at the higher end of the price spectrum, but after using it for that last week I have to say that it is worth every penny. Not only is it much softer than any other toilet paper, but it is also stronger. Because it is so much stronger, much less paper is actually needed to complete the job. I would recommend this toilet paper to anyone. I believe by spending a little more on this paper upfront you will likely save money by using less toilet paper. I think this will be my usual toilet paper from now on.

Charmin ultra strong has me leaning towards them. I think I am using less but yet still feel like it's getting the job done. It's definitely more durable and softer than the costco brand of bathroom tissues.

It’s a far cry better product than the brand I’ve been using, which is too generic to mention. I’ve always tried to get by with the cheapest stuff possible. After using this toilet paper, I thought I was in heaven… or at least part of me was. I forgot was I was missing. Charmin is so much better than the TP I’ve been using. I especially like the large rolls. I barely fits in the dispenser, but that means I need to replace it less often. Charmin has always been a strong product. I use less of it because of the extra strength. The generic brand I use is small and I have to use a lot more of it. The softness and strength has me sold.

Yes it was strong and soft but it might have been TOO soft. I feel as if we go through the little bit rougher toilet paper less quickly. The toilet paper itself is great for when you go #2 but with her using it for #1&#2 it seemed wasteful. The paper is strong and does leave your bum feeling clean afterwards. I recommend it for men.
