For years I struggled with various blenders to make a basic smoothie. The motor and blades just couldn't handle a few frozen chunks of banana or pineapple. Even blending for oat flour seemed to challenge my blenders to do it well. After years at the top of my Wish List, reading the reviews, taking the 'Which Vitamix is right for you quiz?', and talking to the customer service people, we finally decided to invest. This machine does not disappoint, well, except for one HUGE (to our family) drawback. It is so so so frustrating to make nut butters. I was told this machine could do it and do it well. The process to get a close to smooth almond butter is off the charts frustrating. My spouse is wondering why we spent so much money for smoothies.......

I use my Vitamix every single day for an after gym smoothie. Its powerful and easy to clean, which is important as I have a busy schedule. I just turn it on "smoothie" and put away the ingredients as it blends and I have a perfect smoothie every time.

Well my 2500 arrived today! Wow!! I've made granny smith apple juice. Then I proceed too make mango, stawberry, kale, banana with some fresh Rosemary, flax seed, ginger and coconut powder smoothie. It was so yummy and filling. Having had the personal S30 this machine is loud...but who cares. It is powerful, and looks great in my kitchen. Thank you Vitamix for an amazing machine. Tomorrow is a new day...I think a Vitamix soup is in order.

So happy I finally joined the Vitamix family with my Ascent 2500. I never knew what I was missing until I started using mine. Makes perfect smoothie bowls and nut butters.

I was so sick of drinking chunky smoothies that I finally purchased a Vitamix. I am so happy with this purchase. Everything I have made so far has blended with ease and has been so unbelievably smooth.

I bought this and didnt have a single issue with it. It blends things so perfectly its hard to tell what is in it (I love the way berry seeds are emulsified).

I thoroughly love this blender. I use it almost every day. The only downside is sometimes frozen bananas get caught just right and bog it down. But other than that I love it.
