Horribly disappointed! I don't know if we just got a lemon or if this is what everyone experiences with their machines but I had such high hopes. Blending is a nightmare. It always smells like something is burning. If iStart on low speed and try to increase it - no matter what it gets stuck around 4-6. Just stops. I use the tamper but something just doesn't seem right and we truly are not enjoying it at all.

HORRIBLY DISSAPPOINTED

This model is gorgeous!!  I got the white and my kitchen is white. It looks beautiful on the counter and its performance could not be more AMAZING!!
As always, Vitamix has outdone themselves!
I make alfredo sauces, soups, smoothies, vegan ice creams, blended salads, the list is endless!
