I have a A2500 Vitamix since a few months. For me, Vitamix is a number one to have in a kitchen. Soup, smoothie, spread, tofu cheese, sauces and so many things are ready in a few minutes. I enjoy cut vegetables in a few seconds to make an amazing coleslaw. If I enjoy this product, to have this quality of results, I need to accept the noise of the machin. I’m hoping some day, Vitamix will find a way to make a quiet one.

Just bought a Vitamix A2500 after the 30-year old Kenmore blender "died." I have used it daily for the past four days. Sometimes trying up to two or three different recipes from the enclosed book and online recipes. It makes the best smoothies and is cheaper than the smoothie "place." Soups are hot and delicious.

Smoothies more luxurious than ever. Banana ice cream without needing a drop of milk. Soups blended without a spluttering immersion blender. Natural nut butters. Many more possibilities awaiting. I love this blender. Easy to use, relatively quiet, and powerful. Only a few small notes: I did feel the need to purchase the 48oz jar, as the 64 requires rather large batches. The self-clean blending doesn't usually clean the jar entirely (especially because blending with too much water will cause it to leak), but gets the tricky spots like under the blades and makes scrubbing way easier. I've wanted a Vitamix for a long time but kept hesitating because of the price (and I had a different functional blender already). I am SO glad I finally made the purchase. Absolutely worth it.

I bought the Ascent based on recommendations and reviews. It is definitely a step or two above what I had. I appreciate the power and performance, however was very disappointed that the large container did not do small batches of things very well. I was dismayed that I had to purchase smaller vesicles in order to get the jobs done. With larger batches of things, there is no comparison in speed and power. I grumbled at the thought of having to shell out another couple of hundred dollars to get the cups and smoothie container and another base, but was able to score a deal using points on Amazon. Now that I have all the requisite containers, I'm happy, but I still think that one or another of the smaller containers and base should be part of the package, since one is paying an already outrageous amount for a blender. I do use it several times a week and often more than twice a day. It has changed the way I cook and prepare food.

I have owned my vita mix for A2500 for almost 3 years. I mainly make shakes in it, by that I mean 2-3 shakes a day, everyday, for all 3 years I have owned it. It has never missed a beat. The container is always clean and I have had no issues with any aspect of this blender. My shakes always include frozen fruit, oats, powder, and/or ice. Just as good as the day I bought it.

I use my Vitamix every single day for an after gym smoothie. Its powerful and easy to clean, which is important as I have a busy schedule. I just turn it on "smoothie" and put away the ingredients as it blends and I have a perfect smoothie every time.

I bought my Vitamix machine on 11/30 received on 12/1 and used it yesterday 12/3 for the first time and it's absolutely amazing. The power this machine has is worth every single penny. I used it to make sea moss gel and I couldn't believe it. With my Ninja, I needed to blend for so long and would still find chunks with my Vitamix a minute and a half and done.

The ambiguity in deciding on a healthy meal for lunch is a thing of the past. I can quickly put together two different healthy smoothies and keep it moving. The blades are extremely powerful and produce a consistent texture and enjoyable replacement meal. Proper cleaning was a huge concern when I initially examined the container but that is also a thing of the past. Just follow the cleaning instruction without fail and you will avoid cooties in your guts. Okay. Bye-bye now. Happy blending!!!

I bought my A2500 Blender 10 months ago. I am very pleased with my purchase. I previously owned a C-Series 6300 Vitamix. The main reason I was interested in the A2500 was for the Smart features. I also purchased the scale at the same time and I now regularly use the Perfect Blend App. I love the app because I have a recipe book of all my favorite smoothies and the flexibility to add new personal recipes. I can quickly make my smoothies without having to measure out anything. The precision on the ratio of ingredients makes for consistent, yummy, and perfectly textured smoothies. My daughters do not care as much about recipes or measurements. This blender is easy for them to use without the app or scale. I love that the blender is shorter than the 6300 series so it fits nicely under my cabinets. My only issue with the size would be that the pitcher is wider so making just one serving does not blend as well. The tamper does not reach the amount of food in the bottom to help. Vitamix does offer a bowl and cup accessories to help make single servings. I am saving up for this.

I have two Vitamixes - the 5200 and this one and I actually like the tactile feel of the 5200 better - this one sometimes won't register the container and feels a bit delicate. I love that I can always depend on the 5200 - still use the A2500 but never if I'm in a hurry because I know I may or may not have to struggle with it - ESPECIALLY if I am using the small containers. I did notice that is if I used if regularly for several days in a row, I can usually make it work nearly every time - it's a great, powerful machine ... I just prefer the lower tech for being less fussy if I'm in a hurry - and it can still use the self-detect containers. I use the aerator a lot of fresh lemonade and fresh mayo.
