I really love my Vita Mix. The first thing I did to test it out was to make almond flour and rice flour. I'm very pleased. I purchased my first Vita Mix which was all stainless steel more than 40 years ago, took it to a party about 20 years ago to make margaritas and haven't seen it since. I'm extremely happy to see the improvements that have been made since I purchased my first one. This one will never be left out of my sight.

We have had ours for a month and I have probably used it every day. I tell my husband every day how happy I am with this purchase. It IS 100% worth the hype and money. I’ve had several other blenders all claiming to be great. They’re not. This is. Love love love it

I've been familiar with Vitamix's blenders for a long time, and just received the A2500 as a gift. I decided on this blender over other Vitamix blenders because I was excited about the smart detect technology and the compatibility with the food processor attachment. When the blender arrived, I was shocked at how cheap it looked. Right out of the box there were some nicks on the plastic and the entire base is comprised of plastic pieces that don't seem durable. The see-through container and snap on lid, while I understand it's purpose, seems less durable than the black lids. The tamper is what I was most shocked about as it resembles a bowling pin, hollow and cheaply assembled. I've talked to other Vitamix owners about this and the consensus seems that Vitamix has decreased it's quality over the past few years. I'm glad there is a 10 year warranty. I was honestly hoping for more and wasn't expecting this level of disappointment. Are Vitamix's just gonna get more cheap??

Putting your Vitamix on the counter to show it off would be great after spending over $700.00 to buy it but not the way the container reacts after only one month of use. The fact that this problem has been ongoing for quite awhile (and the most frequent complaint to Vitamix) makes me wonder. It turns a foggy grey - to clean it we started with the Vitamix cleaning method, then vinegar and water, bleach and water, denture capsule and water, CLR and water and finally a Mr. Clean magic pad and a lot of elbow grease. We are now using the Vitamix method after every use with warm water, vinegar, water and drying it by hand - not as we were cleaning it after every use in warm soapy water and air drying. The container is also not a warranty item and would only cost you over $200.00 to replace - makes the Vitamix a real deal. Wish I had known about this 2 months ago.

This amazing blender is taking chores away from my food processor. Besides making the smoothest smoothies ever, without complaining about chunky items, this makes hummus and pesto better, and easier, than my food processor. Great for gazpacho as well. Can't wait to try hot soups as the weather cools.

So far we have been very happy with our Vitamix purchase. We have mainly used it for smoothies, but it really blends everything together so well, and clean-up is really easy. I had been resisting buying a Vitamix for a long time because they are quite pricey. Prior to getting our Vitamix, we had been using some of the bullet type blenders to make smoothies, but they didn't last, and often had problems. It seemed that we were replacing those bullet blenders rather frequently. I finally had enough of going through cheaper blenders and decided to purchase a Vitamix. When we selected our Vitamix, we chose one with a 10 year warranty. I figured that I'd spend about the same amount as the Vitamix going through bullet type blenders over the next 10 years, so it made the expense of the Vitamix a bit easier to take. So far, I have no regrets about making this investment. I'm hoping that it will be more than 10 years before I have to buy a new blender. If I have one criticism about the blender so far, it would be that the fluid ounce markings and corresponding lines on the blender are very hard to read/see. It makes measuring ingredients directly in the blender a little bit difficult, and I have to use a separate measuring cup to make sure I'm getting the correct amount of an ingredient.

I like the look of this blender. It has a strong motor. I like icy smoothies so I have to use the blender plunger every time I make one. I was hoping that wouldn't be necessary. I really like the pitcher. It's a little heavier than my past blenders but very high quality and a nice spout. I'd like to know if using the plunger for a smoothie is normal.

I love that the Vitamix and Vitamix food processor is efficient and saves me a lot of time so I can bake homemade healthy breads and muffins using fresh fruits and veggies. I love how the food processor slices and grates quickly so I can make more homemade soups, smoothies and other healthy veggie meals.

I have been using my Vitamix for about 2 months now and love how versatile the features make this machine. I find that I am blending something every single day now, whether that be a smoothie, a soup, a sauce or a nut butter, everything comes out tasting great. It makes cooking exciting and fun and easy to get away from the same flavors every day.

I have been wanting a Vitamix for the longest time. I finally decided to go for it in November. So glad I did. Being a first time user I decided on the A2500 instead of the A2300 because of the presets. I am glad I did. I like the convenience of just selecting the smoothie option. Greens just disappear into the smoothie and the to go jars are awesome, as are the little jars when you just need to chop a small amount of something. I also bought the Aer Disc which I enjoy as well. Very happy with my blender and I am looking forward to trying more recipes in the future.
