I have tried this on catfish, asparagus, salmon, chicken and squash and have come to the conclusion that it would be great on a flip flop. Hands down to whoever come up with this recipe. Tonight I mixed with Nawlins Blackened seasoning with it and put it on catfish. Served with cheese grits. Let me tell ya just try it. I have bought a lot of the other flavors and am experimenting with them but this by far is my favorite.

I Use this on everything! The only bottle in my spice cabinet I cant do without!

It has that butter flavor and aroma and is a little bit sweet and zesty at the same time but also perfectly balanced. I used it on some chicken tenders that I roasted in the oven (I also used some olive oil) and the flavor was so good. Will be purchasing for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to use the blend for garlic greens beans fot thanksgiving. The green bean came out so buttery with a punch of garlic. It was hit as well with guest. Although I havent tried it on meat im sure it will be delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this seasoning because I can tell that it's high quality and made with real ingredients. The bottle was a bit of a pain to open. There weren't any tabs to grab onto and I had to fight with the freshness seal while trying to remove it. That said, I think it's smart to have two ways to pour out the seasoning, a full opening and a sprinkle side. As far as flavor, this seasoning is a little too spicy for me. I wasn't expecting any spiciness when the name is Buttery Garlic and Herb. Unfortunately, the chili pepper takes away from the other flavors. I barely notice that it's buttery. It does have an amazing smell though, especially once cooked onto meat. I think you could use it with multiple types of foods, including on vegetables such as cobs of corn.

Do not really care for it. However i think it may go well in soups.
