My favorite seasoning by far I use this in wverything

I have tried this on catfish, asparagus, salmon, chicken and squash and have come to the conclusion that it would be great on a flip flop. Hands down to whoever come up with this recipe. Tonight I mixed with Nawlins Blackened seasoning with it and put it on catfish. Served with cheese grits. Let me tell ya just try it. I have bought a lot of the other flavors and am experimenting with them but this by far is my favorite.

(2024-12-24) Unlike all 8 of the other reviews here on Sam's, I did not receive this for free as part of some promotion, I actually paid for this so there is no bias in my opinion from bribing me with a "freebie". That being said, it is a very good blend for general use, especially on poultry of pork as the (hint) of buttery flavor is a welcome change from the many brands of herb and garlic seasoning blends. But unfortunately, While most (not all) of the various garlic and herb seasoning blends have salt as there first ingredient, Kinder's tastes like they must have the highest percentage of salt over any of the others. I mean, the first thing you taste is salt, just salt. Then the other flavors come in. I'm not in favor of the "no salt" blends, but they could reduce the salt percentage to half of what it is and it would be a tremendous improvement. It also would not hurt to increase the butter flavor. Would I recommend it to others? Definitely yes, but of course I would warn them that like most seasoning blends it must be used sparingly as it is mostly salt.

Do not really care for it. However i think it may go well in soups.
