Bought a month ago. Seals tighter and fast. Bought the cold cut tray and it seals very well and when you open the lid you hear the swish sound go out. Very happy with this purchase. My old floodwater was 17 years old. Thank you for lowering the price.

II didn't think I would use this after I got it, it just seemed to be too much work. But now...I LOVE IT! I seal everything; potato chips bags, cereal, snack crackers, if it's in a bag it will get sealed. I used my first zip lock bag today to freeze my bacon bits. It's fantastic! So much faster & easier than finding a clip. I'm so glad I spent the money on this product.

I bought it for a friend of mine. I traded it for a rare book that she had. She loves it. She says its much nicer then the old one she had for years that quick working. I have had mine for around 15 yrs. After ordering this one for her, I recommended it to a few other people.

I have had a small FoodSaver for about 15 years. I decided to upgrade to a new model and get the added features. I have enjoyed the new FoodSaver and I have not had a problem operating it. I agree with a previous reviewer that the power cord is way to short!

The accessory seal tool has been used daily to seal canned puppy food so it doesn't spoil. However the overall machine design of the machine is bass awkward. I had to create a 3" high platform to reach the suction area to seal foods. Whoever designed this sealer never cooked a day in their life!

I bought this for my new house. I kept it in my office at work until we moved in. I bought fresh fruit and vegetables and was home a week then went on vacation for a week. I got home yesterday to find that my fruits and vegetables were still as good as the day I purchased them. I used bags and the containers. This product should be called Money Saver instead of FoodSaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had a chance to use my newy purchased fm5460 FoodSaver machine. I had an old vacuum sealer machine and it was okay but wasn't that great. This one is awesome! Bag making feature is easy and convenient. Pulse vacuum seal feature LOVE. AND I LOVE resealable quart bags that you use assessory vacuum pump on. Great when you buy in bulk to freeze/store food for later use. Love everything about it!

us it weekly no problems Some have had issues with the containers I have 6 of them and never had a problem been using this one for 2months. Have been using food savers for over 20 years. Also have big game food saver . Like this one better easy to use and less bag waste

We bought this Food Saver about a month ago and it has saved us so much. We have cooked things ahead of time and frozen them for later. We have used the Food Saver to compact our foods for camping (definitely waterproof). It has saved us so much. I can't wait to discover more about our Food Saver. By the way marinating meats is so awesome. Love it. Thanks so much Food Saver. Now my daughter and my niece want one. (Maybe for Christmas). Love. Love Love our Food Save. Love this little machine. Works great! So happy with my purchase. I have been using the one that was made probably right after we got electricity so this new one is amazing. Wow!!! Was actually going to purchase another freezer, but now because of this little wonder I am able to get so much more in my current freezer...
