I can't really tell if it is doing anything for me yet but i'm giving it a good try. The flavor it pretty good. My favorite way for me to consume this is in an iced coffee/ frappe style. The only thing I don't like about is is after you drink it you have the stevia aftertaste that I am not a fan of. If you enjoy stevia and like chocolate you will surely like this.

It dissolves beautifully in warm or cold liquid. I enjoyed it in my coffee the most, but it’s just as delicious in a smoothie or shake. I also love that there isn’t any added sugar!

I tried it with water and it was ok but I think next time I’d add something else to it, maybe some strawberries ? And blend it in the blender ?
