I bought this piece of furniture about 2 years ago. It was nice looking and comfortable to sit on. I bought the sectional on sale and it was a great buy. My only complaint is that the L section of the sectional is cracking in several places. It is starting to look pretty bad. I would flip the seat over, but the leather is only on one side. I take really good care of my furniture and most of my pieces lasted for 8 years or more. All of the furniture that I have given away when I bought new pieces still look pretty good. I don't think the leather on this sectional is very good. I am disappointed in the quality.

I'd say this set is ok. It's a hard sofa, barely any cushioning for support. Easy to put together. Great price - took me 3m to finally receive the item & then I had <6h notice & a 10:00pm delivery. The delivery company was 2 men & a truck & the 2 men were struggling to say the least. They didn't have a dolly - dropped the box from the truck to the ground. Bam! Luckily it didn't damage anything. Sadly sam's club sells the delivery portion to a 3rd party company who has a 2 star rating (AIT Logistics). I would purchase large items from Sam's again if I didn't have to deal with the delivery nightmare

I just received mine, I just put it together but I had very bad experience one of the nuts to screw the legs is missing then the couch does not stay standing and there is also a ripped part. Please if somebody know where I can report this issue, thanks

This is a beautiful product BUT I had it delivered 3 days ago with two cushions missing and cannot get someone to call me back or answer. I read the reviews before ordering and this has been a reoccurring problem. I had hoped for the best when ordering. I've emailed, called and left messages every day. I'm surprised Sams would allow a vendor to continue to sell their product if the customer service is bad. I'm super disappointed because it's exactly what I wanted but now I have a couch with two back cushions missing.

We love the sofa. Looks great and works well in small living room. The only down side is both of the cushions to sit on the couch has a defect in the stitching. The ottoman and chase cushions are great. We ordered the gray. Hoping we can get replacement cushions that will make it looks 100%.

I had been watching this as it looked and read so well and it is. I had concern to fit in my doorways and so I share this. The long package, is as long as the couch is. As packaged, the narrowest width is only 20 inches wide, so it can fit in most doors, packaged that is. So then, you could assemble it in the room itself, as long as there is clearance for the length. The length did not clear my front door, upright, so we just slid it in horizontally. Easy to assemble and move around although there is a lot of external cardboard. You could also assemble to have two ottomans instead of one by placing the lounge cushion fully on the couch and then putting one small cushion on the lounge support for a separate small ottoman. This might come in handy for more seating or additional ottoman table. Executive lounge look and quality. I received the gray and it is a rich, deep gray with blue undertones, I would say vs orange or purple, it that helps you coloristas. Really classes up the living area and very comfortable for lounging.

Soft and durable

The couch is nice for the price. It meets my needs. I am using it in an Airbnb.
